I experienced terrible customer service from Plumbing 911 this past week when a water pipe burst outside our house. I chose this company because of all their 5-star Yelp reviews.
So I called Bart on Wed. evening and he said that he would come out the following day between 8 and 10 am., and that he would try to make it out on the earlier side since it was an emergency (we had to shut off the main water line). I called on Thurs. morning at 8:30 and asked for an updated ETA, and he said he'd arrive in about an hour. Soon afterwards I had to leave for work, but my mom continued to wait for him. Since he didn't show up by 10:30am, she called him and this is what Bart told her:

- he had lost our phone number and address, so couldn't contact us
- in any case, he couldn't make it to our house that day after all, and that it would have to wait until the following day
- he 'was happy' when my mom said that she may have to go with another plumber since this was an emergency... no apologies at all from him!

Apparently Bart found a new job to take care of that day, and we got sidelined. Maybe he does a great job at what he does, but I find this level of unprofessionalism unacceptable. I would discourage anyone from choosing Plumbing 911 in an emergency situation like ours.

Had a plumbing emergency over the holidays and the guys came out and fixed the problem right away. I have some additional work that needs fixing and today they came out and fixed the outdoor pipes. They were wonderful! I will be calling them to for any plumbing issues that may come up (I really hope I don't see them soon)

Nick has done previous work at my house before. The first time which was at least 5 years ago we had a sink in one of our bathrooms that needed to be hooked up, another time about a year ago we needed the shower knob replaced and most recently our water heater needed to be replaced. What I like about Nick is he always comes out to see what needs to be done, informs us & then comes back the next day to get the job done. He is very quick, efficient and most importantly honest. We got other quotes from other plumbing companies regarding the water heater and they were at least $100 to $300 dollars more than what Nick quoted us. We never have had any issues with the work he has done. He is definitely my go to guy when I need any plumbing work done.

When I called, they answered the phone! It wasn't an emergency, so we set up an appointment, which was kept. Bart showed up on time and the problem was worse than I thought. Bart stuck with it and fixed it all. So very grateful. Prompt, reliable service.

I started my Saturday morning off with the dreaded ""glug,glug"" sound coming from the toilet as the washing machine drained, indicating that the old main line was plugged up again. I called Plumbing 911 hoping that it wasn't going to cost me an arm and a leg to have them help me on the weekend.

They did a FANTASTIC job. They arrived early and cleared the line, all at a very reasonable fee (with no weekend surcharges, etc.). I recommend them highly!

It was 6pm on a Friday, my wife and I had just got back from the hospital with our new baby, and the main line to our house blocks up so none of the toilets work. After calling a bunch of plumbers from Yelp and getting ""We can't come out tonight, it will have to wait until next week"" I gave Plumbing 911 a call.

Two things impressed me straight away: they quoted a price without me even asking (and it was quite reasonable) and they were able to come out within the hour. They showed up as promised, fixed the problem, and then charged me exactly the amount quoted! I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Bart and Nick did a great job analyzing and fixing a slow drainage problem I have been having. They were thorough with their investigating and careful to confirm the problem had been fixed prior to departing. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others as well.

We recently had water damage in our bathroom and we needed a plumber to come out to identify the cause of the leak before we could process our insurance claim.

All the other plumbers we called asked for ""trip fees"" and minimum charges before even seeing anything. And they all wanted 2-3 hour ""window"" for appointments. I called Plumbing 911 and Bart said that he was in the area and will stop by within the hour. He was true to his word, came in 40 minutes, spent 5 minutes to inspect and then talked to the adjuster (who was evaluating just then). When I asked him for his charges he said it was a simple diagnosis and he was in the area anyway, so no charge! Wow!

The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because we didnt use his services as there were a lot of things we needed to do through our insurance, but if I ever needed plumbing services, I will call Plumbing 911 first.

I have used Nick and Bart's plumbing services twice now for an apartment complex. They have superb customer service, they arrive when they say they will, work quickly, and have reasonable prices. Without a doubt, I will continue to call them and recommend their services for home or commercial services.

I've been incredibly pleased with the work Bart & Nick have done. I got in touch with them via a contractor to have a small bit of work done, which wound up escalating to significant work to replace our entire water line from the street (due to age of the existing pipe). They worked quickly and very hard, communicated status updates regularly, and have come back to ensure that everything is working and make a few adjustments elsewhere around our house. I'm definitely keeping them as my go-to plumbers!
