LOVE LEV!!!!! - after over 20 years working with a family owned plumbing business they sold to a large company - unknowledgeable and pricey.. We have a rather old unique shower and needed someone with GROHE knowledge. Lev was amazing... down to being able to find parts in his warehouse to repair the problem perfectly. Lev is a craftsman, plain and simple. He is a real plumber that knows his trade forward and backwards, a true expert. I had a bad leaky valve under my sink that decided to start dripping water in the late afternoon when I had a flight at 5:00am the next morning. Lev answered my call directly and said he was currently on a job but could be at my place in a few hours, between 7:00pm and 8:00pm. How many plumbers out there would show up at that hour? I was worried about what would happen if a part was needed at this hour but Lev had everything needed for the job within his own van. His fee was very reasonable for the amount of time spent and the hour. I tipped him well as I appreciate true craftsmen. In this modern day of people posing as professionals only to get at your pocketbook, Lev is a refreshing reminder that authenticty will always prevail.

A+ Customer Service, Honest, Speedy, Highly Recommended. No upfront charge to visit.

Lev came over on short notice to fix my toilet (which abruptly decided to stop filling itself up with water) about an hour from the time of my call, and did not have a charge to come out. I phoned another place previously and they wanted $125 just to visit! As it turned out, the problem was not a result of my toilet, but was something outside my walls and in my condo's pipes.

Despite the fact that it took a visit and some inspecting my toilet to determine this, Lev did not ask for any charge or fee. Clearly, Lev is an honest man, and this type of customer service - putting the customer front and center and not asking for money if no services are performed - does not exist anymore and is refreshing to see in 2015!

I did leave Lev with some money for the time he spent coming out, and will absolutely call again if/when I require his services!

Lev is about as solid and honest and fair as they come. He picks up his own phone and has been available for same day service calls during our bathroom remodel. His prices are beyond fair. He's been in business since 1965. Sweet blue eyed man too!

Lev has done two copper re-pipe for the family, one for my father-in-law and the other for my sister. He did a great job on both and the pricing for the amount of work done was very competitive. He does stand by his work. I am in the process of calling him for another job.
