After several calls all around Studio City / SFV area to plumbers either ""Not working weekends"" or ""too busy for the next few days"" - LEV the owner came out and quickly got to work.

Within a few minutes he figured out where the leak and problems were originating - and carefully brought me in to show and demonstrate how he could repair the problem.

He offered a few solutions, and then graciously offered a new customer discount so then I would feel comfortable moving forward. (I'd already gotten a similar quote over the phone from a plumber who was not available, but hypothesized what the issue might be.)

He came with his van already loaded with all the necessary replacement parts, so he didn't need to leave for 45 minutes-an hour to the local hardware store - as several repairmen have done in the past.

Lev also took the time to show me exactly what he was installing into my system - showing me that it was quality professional parts, and not cheap knockoff's from overseas - a nice touch.

He swiftly got to work, was clean and courteous, and the work came with a contract warranty guarantee on both workmanship, and parts.

I cannot recommend this gentleman highly enough... What a find!

I googled ""honest plumber Sherman Oaks"" and guess who came out first place? Google was right: Lev is honest, skilled, professional and nice. I needed to fix my toilet, he did it no time, explaining to me exactly what he had to do, how much I was going to spend and why. After that, he fixed a leaking faucet on my rooftop, for free!

Lev is amazing. True professional who loves his profession, very proud of what he does and will never quit till he gets all done to customers' satisfaction. We had a major issue with plumbing. Lev is a wonderful example of a skilled tradesperson who takes great pride in their work. I read the reviews, tried out Lev, and am in total agreement that he lives up to all the great reviews. Lev is now our preferred plumber. He already fixed several issues in our home. Today I got a shocking bill from DWP and was told I had a leak. I called Lev and told him I needed his help. He could have charged me for a visit and not found anything. Instead, he called and coached me to find a Water Leak Detection Company as they have special equipment that he does not. LOVE LEV!!!!! - after over 20 years working with a family owned plumbing business they sold to a large company - unknowledgeable and pricey.. Lev is a craftsman, plain and simple. He is a real plumber that knows his trade forward and backwards, a true expert. I had a bad leaky valve under my sink that decided to start dripping water in the late afternoon when I had a flight at 5:00am the next morning. Lev answered my call directly and said he was currently on a job but could be at my place in a few hours, between 7:00pm and 8:00pm. How many plumbers out there would show up at that hour? I was worried about what would happen if a part was needed at this hour but Lev had everything needed for the job within his own van. His fee was very reasonable for the amount of time spent and the hour. I tipped him well as I appreciate true craftsmen. In this modern day of people posing as professionals only to get at your pocketbook, Lev is a refreshing reminder that authenticty will always prevail.
