This is my 2nd post the first 5 years ago. Since then have used plumbing 360 2x. Ramon and staff are always competent, friendly, responsive and a pleasure to work with. They have my trust and loyalty.

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!! I called Plumbing 360 in desperation on Tuesday, 22 Jun at 6:00 pm because I couldn't turn the hot water off in my Jacuzzi hot tub. I had just gone thru two months worth of excessive water bills due to a major water pipe rupture and was terrified that I would waste 1000s of additional gallons of hot water again! To top it off, I didn't have a Water Meter Key to shut off my main water pipe at the street level! Ramon, the owner, answered the phone and explained their fee structure and that he could have a plumber over within 1 hour. He must have heard the desperation and concern in my voice because 30 minutes later, Ramon himself pulled up in the company van, turned off my water main and within 2 minutes determined that the issue was the internal workings of the hot and cold water facet knobs. He explained to me the total cost of the repair and with 30 minutes had both faucets functioning as brand new, and tightened the main water faucet nozzle that had been loose. During a short conversation while he was repairing the knobs, I learned that Ramon himself was getting up at 04:00 am to drive to Phoenix to go away on a trip. He said he could tell from my voice that I was definitely under immense stress and decided to just come over immediately himself. We now have a new plumbing company to call upon for any future issues! Thank you Ramon and Plumbing 360, I whole heartedly recommend them to everyone in Tucson!

We were having some emergency plumbing issues at our home and we called a few plumbing companies. Ramon from Plumbing 360 was the only one who was prompt to answering his phone after hours. From the beginning of the phone call to when he finished the job at our house, it was a pleasure to have chose his company. He was so thorough with explaining everything! From the prices, to the problem and the solution. Very professional.

He was also very respectful when entering our home. He had booties, mask, gloves and took great precautions caring for social distancing.

Definitely keeping his card for any other plumbing issues and without hesitation referring Plumbing 360 to any friends and family.

Unfortunately we have had a few unrelated plumbing issues over the past 3 years. Without a doubt you need to call Plumbing 360! I've owned two other homes around the country and I have never found a better plumbing service. Ramon is our man! We request him every time! He's super professional, friendly, my wife loves/trusts him, as does my dog! He's almost family. Again, if you have plumbing issues call this company. Super honest!

All I can say is I wish there were more people like Ramon around. I had an emergency at my AirB&B rental. The folks there somehow managed to unscrew the stem from the hot water faucet in the bathtub. They called me. I called him. He arrived before I could get there (less than half an hour) had the water shut off and diagnosed what the problem was. He went and got brand new stems for both hot and cold. And had it fixed, NO CHARGE, in less than 2 hours! Too awesome!

We've used Plumbing 360 twice now. They are extremely knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Ramon knows his stuff and is friendly and courteous. Makes sure you understand what the problem is and how much it will cost to fix before he starts anything. We wouldn't use any other plumbers!!!

Professional plumbers who know how to get the job done. I had the team replace two different water heaters in two separate homes. Both jobs had their own unique set of challenges but no problem for Plumbing 360. Recommend and would hire again!
