Came to Replace a leaking water heater. They were notified on a Saturday morning and we were told they would be here on Sunday but they never came or called to let us know. When we called them Sunday late afternoon their excuse we they didn't have a helper. Finally came on Monday. When I came home from work at 830 pm the carpet in the garage was soaked. There was standing water on our dryer and washer as well as inside the cabinet next to the water heater on all 3 shelves. No attempt to clean up their mess was made. Unacceptable!

I had a main water pipe break Friday evening and water had to be shut off to my property. Fortunately a neighbor saw a Plumbing 2000 truck nearby the next moring. Basil came over and assessed what needed to be done. Not only did he do a fantastic job, he truly cared about getting my water back on sooner than later. A true professional and good person! He is now my #1 plumber to call and I will definitely be recommending him to my friends.

I am very thrilled with Basil. My garbage disposal broke after 10 years, and I had the number for this plumber whom I had used about 3 years prior for a minor job. I bought the disposal at Home Depot, and then called Basil who was very nice over the phone when he picked up. First thing he said was ""I recognize your voice"" and gave him details of who I was. He gave me a fair straight-forward quote to replace the disposal same day, and was at my house in the afternoon. He replaced the disposal in 30 minutes with his assistant, and charged me exactly what he quoted me (which by the way was the same rate as any other plumber would charge for the same job). Best of all is his kindness, he likes to have conversation with his customers and shows dedication and pleasure for his job. And also gratitude. I will definetly keep his number handy and gladly recommend him to friends. Hope to use him in the future when needed, but nobody wants plumbing problems.

I am a maintenance supervisor some times we cant handle the plumbing problems and we call plumbing 2000 when something like that happen
why? that is simple and easy answer they are always available and reliable in what they do Basil and Bashar his assistant are really friendly and know how to address any pluming problem I've been calling this company for the last 10 years to fix problems that I just cant, reasonable prices and great work all the time

This company rocks! I just moved into my condominium and my roommate clogged our tub for about 4 days and water just sat there. Before the drastic clogging I cleaned the drain and found hair plus clear plastic disposable razor covers all inside the drain. The landlord sent out one company and the guy didn't fix it. She called this company the same day and they came out and fixed the problem right away.

The guys were great. They told me when they were on the way to be exact and called me once they arrived. I'm very pleased with the service from this company and I will request to use them again. I highly suggest you use this company because I was very happy with the results.

I can finally shower in my own room now without using another bathroom in the house. These guys saved the day for sure. Did also mention they were very friendly?

We needed a plumber within 24 hours and were referred to Basil. He showed up on time, with his assistant, and they fixed our leak, changed a faucet and fixed the running toilet in under an hour. He cleaned up afterward and really did a great job. I would call him again.

Since the early 80's when Bill was doing business as Elf Rooter and I was running a property management business, I've called him for all my plumbing needs. He is fast, competent, and his prices are more than fair. Based on my 30 years of knowing this business I totally recommend Plumbing 2000!
