He quickly diagnosed the issue with the clogged kitchen drain line, was frank with the condition of our pipes and recommendations should we encounter future issues. Victor came out for an evening emergency situation & went above & beyond to solve the clog issue. He advised that the issue likely should not be my sole responsibility in my condo building as it was 50 feet away from my place. He offered to speak to my landlord/building manager for me & then provided further detail on a 2nd revised invoice nearly immediately. I will likely be reimbursed and I'm thrilled, I wouldn't have known it wasn't my problem if he hadn't told me.

I've been using Vic and his guys for going on ten years , victor is probably they best sewer and water plumber there is , and an even better service provider, never met a harder working well rounded genuine human in my life , there really isn't anything he can do, he is a hard person to come by in the plumbing and service industry , his integrity, honesty , fairness in price , and always there for his clients no matter what, he has been my go to guy for ten years and man am I glad I found him you will be to take my word on that!

Victor came over last minute to fix an outdoor leak we had during the bitter cold. He clearly and honestly explained the problem to us, then, he went to two different stores to get the correct part so he could get it fixed that night. Victor is excellent and professional! I had spoken to him a few months back but we never got connected to fix my bathtub drainage problem. Victor was very quick to respond and very thorough with his estimate. He got out to the site very quickly (within a few days of my call) which was amazing cause I called the day before New Year's Eve-and he was able to make the repair that same day he went out for the estimate. We had a sewage back up on Christmas. Victor was SO nice and helpful and fast. He quickly responded to my message and he moved his schedule to help us sooner. We will never use another company.
