Nathan is great. He was extremely responsive. After giving me a couple pointers last time I called so I could do a project myself, I finally got to meet him when my shower wouldn't reliably turn on/off (needed a new cartridge). He explained the process so I could do it myself next time if needed. He was quick, responsive, and even offered to tell me what he would do this time if I wanted to try it alone after he left before agreeing to his quote! But he is great, fair, and reasonably priced, and I would not have any plumbing work done without requesting a consult/fee assessment from him.

Friday night my garbage disposal started to leak pretty badly. We got some online quotes and they were around $200-$300 just for labor. Asked family if they knew a plumber and my brother in law recommended Nathan at Plumbing 101. We text him on Saturday morning and gave us a quote that was much more in our budget than the other quotes we received. He was able to get us in the next day, Sunday, between 1-4. We asked about replacement garbage disposals and gave us a recommendation. We picked one up and had it ready for when he arrived. He got here around 2:30, asked again what was going on, took a look and let me know that he was going to replace it. He was all done within 20 minutes. He was fast and efficient, very friendly and honest!

It's always a worry when needing work done on your house since pricing can be very subjective. I will definitely have Nathan and Plumbing 101 come back in case any other plumbing issues come up.

I found Plumbing 101 on the Nextdoor app. Nathan Corona had the most reviews out of all the plumber recommendations and is highly rated. He also has 5 star reviews on Yelp. I had to use his services on several occasions in 2023. Each time he responded promptly and was able to give me a quote over the phone when I provided a video of the situation. It's good to know the cost in advance so there's no surprises. He said he doesn't advertise because he has a lot of business through word of mouth, which is a very good sign.
The first call was regarding the on/off handle in the guest shower, which he promptly replaced, as it was the original handle when this house was built. While he was here, I showed him my bathroom faucet had a slight leak. He told me that Moen has a lifetime guarantee, which I wasn't aware of. Since I had the receipt and took a video of the leak, Moen sent me a brand new faucet. I haven't had to use the new one yet because he fixed it, but I'm glad he told me about the lifetime guarantee. Also, my kitchen faucet was losing water pressure, so I sent him the video. He told me it probably just needs the faucet head cleaning due to sediment build up, so I cleaned it and it worked. That saved me the cost of having him come out to clean it.
Nathan is very personable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and I can say he definitely stands behind his work.

Called Nathan, explained that I needed my water heater replaced. He gave me some tips on buying a new one. I bought a new one, had it delivered and texted him afterwards. He was able to come out at 8am the next morning and had the new one in and running quickly. He also took the old one away for a nominal fee. He is super nice, professional, and affordable. Have used Nathan for plumbing for about 2 years now and have always been very happy with his work. Always clear as to the work that he's going to do and why. Have used him multiple times in two different properties to replace shut off valves, new water spigots, sink repairs, repairing pinhole leaks etc. Always been reliable and fair with his pricing. Well, after a second pinhole leak at our primary home we went with Nathan's recommendation to repipe the house with PEX. He brought an entire crew and did our almost 3000 square foot home with two stories and 3 full bathrooms, and an island with a sink in about 5-6 hours. Yes, they have to open up holes in the drywall, and quite a bit to make sure it's done right, but I am very happy with the outcome and will have peace of mind as once they opened up walls, some pipes looked like they were about to go at any time! We have a rental property that already has had one leak and we're going to schedule Nathan to do the PEX repiping at that property as well. Do not hesitate to call Nathan. He seems to do it all and do it right.
