We called Nathan on a Sunday with our washing machine's hot and cold valves corroded. This was discovered when trying to install a new washer. Unfortunately, Nathan was out sick and was unable to come fix the problem, as he didn't want transmit his illness. So, he sent one of his trusted colleagues, Ignacio, and was able to remove and solder in new valves successfully. Ignacio was professional, efficient and tidy. Nathan called after the job was completed to make sure all was satisfactory and thanked us for reaching out to him. We appreciate him and Ignacio for helping us out last minute on a Sunday. We wouldn't hesitate to call him for future plumbing issues/needs.

After seeing so many great reviews and comments about Nathan from Nextdoor app surrounding neighborhood. Nathan availability, knowledge and fees are reasonable. He repaired my toliet and replaced garbage disposal. He found a water leak under my sink and was quick to repair and referred me to another great company Out Dry Medics. Nate is professional , knowledgeable and work fast.
He always already reached back out to us ( on a weekend no less) to schedule to fix our issue when we text him.
When we have emergency issues he is always on the top of our list. Our water leaking right before we fumigate our house. We texted Nate in the morning and he showed up within an hour.
Nate always goes out of his way to get thing fix. He was so efficient, competent and willing to answer all of our question.
