Was looking for plumber and call Nathan based on his 5 star reviews. He was very professional over the phone, and I decided to book an appointment for next day. To my surprise he show up the same day, to fix my drainage issue. It was relatively small job, but I found Nathan very willing to explain the minute details for my benefit...which I was very much appreciative of...too many times in past I have found contractors irritated by questions by the owner (me)...it was nice to find someone who did not mind, and in fact welcome sharing his knowledge.

I would definitely recommend Nathan to family and friends...quick response at a reasonable price...I am planning to schedule Nathan for maintenance on my tankless water heater!

Nathan and his team know what they are doing. Nathan communicates quickly very well via texts and phone and during his work he makes sure you understand what he is doing. I hired him for a shower installation and to fix some of the piping in my walls that are switched from hot and cold. He made sure to leave the bathroom clean and finish the work in good quality. I absolutely would hire him again for a future project.

My only suggestion is to have him write the quotes down or text the amount for you because I had another project for him but I didn't understand that the quote was a total amount for everything versus I thought it was an extra amount on top of everything and if I only knew it was the total I would have hired him for that project too!
