Wish I could give 10 stars! Our old water heater finally gave out on us at around 2 in the morning. Water was leaking everywhere and it was super overwhelming. I was calling around like crazy trying to find a plumber with an affordable price and it is tough! Thankfully I found Plumbing 101. These guys were my savior, they got to my place in just 7 hours from when I found out the water heater needed to be replaced. Nathan was super positive and friendly. He told me all the steps we needed to take and walked me through it. You can tell he actually cares about what he does. he's for sure my go to plumber whenever I need something now. Do yourself a favor and call him when you need help. You will not regret it! The prices alone make it worth it, and his quality work and awesome attitude is just a cherry on top.

Received great service from Nathan at Plumbing 101. I received several quotes to replace three shower faucets. My quotes ranged from downright outrageous to Nathan's very reasonable quote. Decided to go with Nathan, not just because of his price, but also his excellent reviews. I was was very happy with Nathan's work. He showed up when he said he would and completed the project in a timely and efficient manner. The faucets look great! I will definitely be calling Nathan for any of my future plumbing needs.

Nathan came to my rescue when my toilet started overflowing for no reason. I woke up in the morning and my living room/kitchen was completely flood. He was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so happy he was. I called him on Saturday and in less than 3o minutes he was here and quickly fixed the issue. Not only did he fix the problem but also showed me what to do if it happens again to stop the flow until he gets there. Plus he recommended a restoration company that came out same day. He went above and beyond and I couldn't be happpier with the service I received. If anyone needs a plumber he is your guy. Had a leak from the upstairs shower and Nathan and his team were able to diagnose the issue very quickly. Nathan gave me 2 options, the quick fix and as he said ""the right way"" which is how we proceeded. Within 2 days, repair was made and issue was resolved and done right. They provided videos throughout the process and kept me up to speed during the project. Value is great for the talent and workmanship provided. This will be my go to company moving forward!!

Nathan replaced our shower cartridge plus some other jobs in no time , everything was tested and all worked great after the job was done, he was right on time on the appointment time which realty matters specially within this field .
