Today was the 2nd or 3rd time of hiring Leo for minor plumbing issues. Today we had sputtering water...he came within an hour, established that it was just air in the pipes due to EBMUD installing a new water meter...took him 5 minutes and he didn't charge me a dime. The other times he did charge us, but very reasonably... he's worth every penny, and you won't get anyone skilled who is as responsive and speedy! :) highly recommend.

On a Sunday night water started flowing into our garage from our downstairs shower. Our property management company contacted Leo's Plumbing Service who sent Tony out to assess our issue. He was very thorough, took his time unclogging the blockage and re-checked everything before leaving. He also explained what caused the issue and what next steps would be if this initial fix didn't resolve it completely. I really appreciated him taking his time and not trying to perform work that didn't need to be done while also informing us of the full issue.

Leo was scheduled by my father's landlord to take a diagnose and fix the plumbing issue.

The first appointment he was late over an hour and did not provide any updates.

He did not make it to the second appointment because I told him we had to reschedule. We scheduled it for 10AM and I sent him a message at 11AM after he did not arrive and provided no updates.

I would not recommend this plumber if you value your time.

I called Leo's Plumbing Service today for an emergency sink evaluatioppointment since I noticed there was something wrong with my sink. The hot water wouldn't come out. Leo told me that he could arrive in 30 minutes, the same day! When he got here he found out pretty quickly what was wrong with my sink (barely anything) and all was done in less than 10 minutes.

BEWARE: There is an imposter out there, trying to pose as Leo online. He uses the same company name in hopes to swindle his customers or anyone who may need him.

Let it be known that this is the one and ONLY true Leo's Plumbing Service! Outstanding and Fantastic service! Five stars all the way!!

I've done business with Leo for about five years. He did a total re-piping in my home. He upgraded my toilets and sinks in my bathrooms and kitchen. I have total confidence in anything he does. Any service relies on HONESTY and great workmanship. I totally recommend Leo and Tony for any plumbing job you might need! We had kitchen problems today and fixed everything. We totally trust him!!
