We've used Harold a bunch of times since we moved into our new home. He's repaired our boiler system, heating zones, a sink, an oven thermostat, pipes.... he even winterized our barn. Harold arrives on time, does good work, and really seems to care about the people he is helping (he made sure to have our heat fixed before the first freeze, which meant coming by on a weekend). His prices are fair and he will generally let you know up front what something is going to cost.

I can't recommend Harold highly enough! For anything you need to fix, make him your first call. It's great to have a local, independent contractor in your back pocket when things go awry.

Contacted Hal because my main water shut off valve wouldn't work, he responded right away with a great price and came the next day which was a Saturday and repaired quickly. He let me know the other skills he had such as electrical, etc and was able to help me out of a jamb on a Sunday after I texted him. You don't get this attention and prices from the big companies, Hal is a guy you need to keep in your cell phone and contact whenever you need help!

I have used them on a number if occasions. Most recently to fix a water heater issue. Hal stood by his work and came back to check after a few days. That shows reliability in my book.
