I would of love to have given 5 stars but I placed my order on 10/20/23. Got an email that my insert blower was on back order and should be in within a few weeks. Received another email on Nov 3 saying I was not forgotten but the product was still on back order. Kept checking the website for my order status and it would say prepared for delivery Dec 2. I didn't hear or receive anything so I email on January 5th. Received a response from Mia who said she would look into it and get right back to me. She did and on the January 15th I received the blower for my wood insert. I absolutely love how it works and how easy it was to install. I can understand the holidays and all but someone somewhere dropped the ball. I am glad that Mia straighten it out and everyone is happy. Yes I would recommend and would order again from them

I read a few mixed reviews about Plumbers Stock prior to placing my first order. I'll say that I have had nothing but a great experience. I called to place my order, and I spoke with Mia. She was fantastic! Mia was very knowledgeable about which items were available for immediate shipping, she was very courteous, and very professional. I elected to only order the items that were in stock (in Utah.) The ordering process was quick and easy. My credit card was charged about two days later, and Mia provided me with three FedEx tracking numbers for my order. All of the items I ordered arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Two of the items I ordered will need to be returned (completely my fault for ordering the wrong item.) I will update my review once the return process is complete. The prices are what drew me to the website. They seemed too good to be true, but the service I received from Mia was great!

I received an item that was damaged in shipping. I called and was immediately directed to a very pleasant real person (Mia!) who processed my request and immediately sent an email to confirm and request photos. Days later, I emailed with questions and got an immediate answer from the same real person (Mia!). Weeks later Mia emailed asking for additional information. I called a few days later and was directed to ... Mia! Very, very impressed with both Mia and the customer service process in general.

Customer service is great if you use the phone number to call and / or text. I texted a request for info on my return and received a response the same day and had my return instructions provided with disclosure included. Mia S replied to my text hours after I sent a message when they were closed, they're mountain time and I'm central time zone. Emailing to the company is not so great, I would recommend using the phone service to contact them if you need help or have any questions.

item I needed was backordered by the manufacturer. Aaron kept in touch throughout the process. when my husband suddenly passed away, I no longer neede the part. Aaron quickly can the order and issued a refund.

Jake is amazing!! I had ordered the wrong size of chimney flashing. As soon as I realized my error, I called Jake, gave him the order number, and asked him to cancel the original order and replace it with the correct piece. Jake took care of everything while I was on the phone and by the time I had hung up, Jake had emails in my inbox confirming the changes to the order. Jake provided excellent service throughout the entire transaction. He provided prompt, courteous, and accurate service with an incredibly kind attitude.
