I bought an adapter more than 2 months ago. The Plumbers Stock let me return so easily. I will buy their products instead going to Ferguson, HomeDepot. The Plumbers Stock prices are low and the returns are easy.

I had a good experience corresponding with Jake to process a return. Jake was responsive and helped me through the process.

Don't shop here! I used Plumbers Stock to purchase materials for a bathroom remodel and had nothing but problems.
The first half order contained defective shower valves. The products were already opened and covered in corrosion. They had obviously been opened and returned at some point. Half the bolts were loose in the packaging and the mounting brackets were packed up in ziplock bags. These products were advertised as new from the Moen factory.
When I first requested support regarding the issues I was routed to Jacob P. who also goes by Jake. Jake and the rest of the customer service team was unresponsive to emails, phone calls, and voicemails. Customer service refused to send out a replacement valve until the entire return was completed, including shipping back to the warehouse in UT and a week to process the return. I ended up sandblasting the valve and finding replacement bolts on ebay.
The second half of the order contained a defective tub filler. The part was defective from the factory, not due to shipping or mishandling. However, Plumbers Stock again refused to send a replacement until the full order arrived in UT and the refund was completely processed. At this point the project was already a week behind schedule due to product issues from Plumbers Stock and we couldn't wait another two weeks for them to send out new parts.
Customer service throughout was terrible. At one point I talked to a salesman at the warehouse in UT and he also complained about the customer service team telling me ""good luck with them."" They work odd hours and won't respond to emails/voicemails for a week. I sent in multiple emails of photos documenting the defective parts and they would say they didn't receive them. When I forwarded the original emails sent in, they ignored me.
You're better off spending the extra money purchasing from Amazon or a big box store. At least if you have any issues they will pick up the phone.

I contacted Plumbers Stock to place a for a TOTO Neorest toilet after seeing online that they had very competitive prices.
Had an email exchange with Ann who guided me through the whole process to place the order and followed up at every step in a very professional manner.
Highly recommend.

I ordered a boiler for an apartment complex in middle of winter. I spoke with the manager Lexi of the importance of the order. Two weeks later she lets me know they don't have the boiler. To let 26 families suffer in the winter cold is very uncaring and irresponsible. i would not order from this place...

MJ was most helpful in answering several questions before I placed my order. He also visually confirmed the color of a Duravent pipe, which I had a question about based on their website photo, and in-stock availability making me more confident with the order. He was also nice to deal with and offered very competitive pricing unlike unlike some other retail outlets. I will be back.
