I waited almost a month to get my Rainbird impact sprinklers. They finally came with no nozzle on it like the picture showed. I called them, emailed them and a lady Ann emailed me back saying i need to purchase the nozzle seperate. So I took a pic of it where I bought it from them and it shows a nozzle on it. This business is a 0 star.

I had the same experience as others, quick to process an order but failed to ship on date quoted. Contacting them a week after promise date, they informed me it would be another 4 weeks (maybe). Customer Service did feel the need to follow up or communicate order status. Don't be fooled by low prices and discount shipping, you may not receive your order.

This company runs scams I am fairly certain. I input credit card and paid, the payment on my CC statement shows it went through fine. These guys called me and said my payment hadn't gone through and I needed to send a cashiers check or money order. Two ways that aren't easily refundable when/if the product arrives and isn't working. The price is a significantly lower price than elsewhere, assuming so people jump at the deal. I wouldn't trust these guys at all. All customer service people I spoke with were rude, and I am positive were in India. Though they said they were in Utah. Not a chance. Beware!!

Running a scam and illegitimate business. received 2 Toto toilets broken. They won't refund, just send you to a different company, claiming you purchased insurance (they won't provide proof of it however). Said co will have no record of you or your purchase. After many frustrating. weeks, you will end up disputing charges with your cc co because you will have no other choice. You've been warned.

My order never shipped after a couple weeks. Did not respond to multiple emails asking why. Finally had to call and got a response immediately. Apparently 1 item in my order was on back order. Never got a notice on this. Docking a star for that. Otherwise great prices and in stock for many of their items.

In October 2022, I ordered two high-end toilets/bidets, but they never shipped. I sent follow-up emails every few weeks and was told repeatedly that the items were on backorder and would ship in ""a few weeks"". After seven months of waiting and multiple follow-ups from me, I was informed in April 2023 that the items had been discontinued and was offered a substitute. When I asked for the delivery time and confirmation that the price of the new item was the same as what I ordered previously, I didn't receive a response despite sending several follow-up emails/tickets over the next several weeks.

Eventually, I found out that the replacement items were also backordered and cost $2500 each! More than double what my original items cost. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and I can only imagine how challenging it would be to deal with this company if you had a problem and needed a return or replacement. They never once reached out to me with an update and getting a response when you contact them is a brutal process. Try calling support before you order, you will not be able to get a human on the phone. My order was placed on October 14th 2022 and ultimately cancelled on May 4th 2023. Buyer beware. Two weeks after placing an online order I still hadn't received a shipping notification. I called to resolve the issue, and after holding for about 10 minutes, Jake answered my call and told me some of the product I had ordered was out of stock for another month. (Why wasn't the product listed as ""Out-of-Stock?"") But Jake was very helpful and he quickly canceled the backordered parts and the rest of my order shipped quickly. Clearly they need to smooth the ordering process, but I'm happy my issue was resolved without a problem.
