Requested a project quote via Yelp Project, got a response from John with Plumber's Smile with 30 minutes.

John told me he would be here between 9am and 10am the following morning.

He arrived around 9:45am

Got the issues fixed and did a great job, made a suggestion on how to keep it from happening next winter.

We called Plumber's Smile after a couple of other companies. It was nothing personal, just going down a list. John called back(unlike the others) almost immediately!! We had a leaking toilet valve. He was extremely professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was done in no time flat! Great service and was very well priced! Highly recommended!!

I booked an online appointment because when I called their automated message directed me to either leave a message or book through online. Easy enough I booked an appointment online! Waited until my appointment time. Then ten minutes passed the appointment time then twenty. They still didn't show or call. I called the number again and left a message this time. Waited for them to call me back: Still no response.
If this same thing happened to you while booking your appointment I highly recommend calling drain dawgs!!
They took care of my issue within the same day within a few hours. And didn't charge me an arm and a leg! Also side note all I needed done was a supply line to a water heater replaced! I have a 1 year old daughter who needed a bath. So a very simple issue!

I needed a bidet installed and found Plumbers Smile. John was very knowledgeable about the instigation of bidets. He was on time for all appointments. He messaged me when he was on his way. He found ways to save me money and time. I needed the toilet raised 4"" from the bottom. Then I needed an outlet. John was also able to do that because his listened allows him to do that along with a plumbing job. John cleaned up after himself each time. John is very pleasant to deal with and listens to what the customer needs.
