Rude and unprofessional. Asked for an estimate to install a water heater and they were very pushy trying to collect deposit. I asked if an expansion tank would be installed. They said it was required and then the estimate went up $1000. I guess it wasn't included in the original estimate but they tell me now it's required. They will give you a low estimate to get in the door and then up charge you for everything. Watch out. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! They will probably attack me on this post like they do to everyone that doesn't give them 5 stars

Requested they come out to tighten up couple sinks and toilet tank. As soon as they walked in door, both man and woman, had attitude and hostile. They even were arguing with each other. The woman accused our dog of biting her but our dog was never near her and controlled the entire 5 minutes they were here. We never let our dog near them. We asked them to leave because they were so unprofessional and rude. The woman proceeded to argue with us while we stood at our front door all the way to their work van on the main road. She also gave us the middle finger. Avoid!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!!!

EDIT: you will get your fee via check to avoid this stupid back and forth. Would not trust you all with a CC. I had to block your employee from texting me in Yelp -- saying ""LMAO"". So unprofessional. Prospective customers - look at other reviews here on Yelp. Avoid.

I have shared my negative comments and I am NOT the only one. Since I have not needed to do this with other technicians from other companies, yes, this technician did try to scam me. The problem was corrected by another company by simply replacing a washer no problems since. Technicians are your representatives, and by extension their presentation and performance are your responsibility.

I started using Plumbers R Us back in October of 2022. I had a leak from a toilet in an upstairs bathroom and water was coming through the ceiling in my kitchen. I called them that morning and they were there about an hour later. Christina was so helpful in getting me connected with a business that took care of the mitigation and reconstruction. Since then they have done a number of repairs/updates for me. My townhouse is older and they have been able to help replace/repair a lot of the plumbing in my home. Nino always takes the time to make sure everything is good before he leaves. That gives me peace of mind that it's done correctly. I would definitely recommend Plumbers R Us.

We had a Plumber from this company come out to repair a leaking kitchen faucet. Before replacing the faucet he said the hot water shut off valve needed to be replaced. He replaced that for $275. Two weeks later when the new faucet arrived we had a more reasonably priced plumber come out to put in the new faucet that was under warranty. The hot water was only trickling out. He took out the cut off valve that the Plumbers R Us guy put in and found it stopped up with the glue the guy used so he replaced the shut off valve and fixed the problem. In other words I had to pay twice for the same cut off valve replacement. When I called their customer service line I was told I was out of luck since I signed a contract and let their plumber leave. She was very belligerent with me, refused to refund any of my money, and hung up on me. Beware! Do not use Plumbers R us or they will rip you off.

I had granite and a new sink installed and needed a plumber to install the faucet and reconnect the plumbing. Plumbers R Us responded and performed the services with care and expertise. I was impressed by the team and especially the Master Plumber who ensured that everything was connected correctly. They even left to pickup supplies that were required to reconfigure the plumbing. KUDOS to Plumbers R Us. I will definitely call them for any future needs.

I had a major leak coming from my bathroom vanity. I reached out to Plumbers ""R"" Us and they were able to come out, find and fix my problem. All of which occurred within a 2 hour time period to include my request through Yelp. Nino and Christina were fast, friendly and professional.
I really appreciate them coming out so fast and fixing my leakage problems.
I will definitely use them again if I have future plumbing issues.

Very Professional, Very responsive and Great communication. I called them in emergency and not only did the technician get out to the site right away but kept all those involved informed with fix and immediate pricing to correct issue. Follow up and appreciative natures were also part of their culture which is really hard to find these days. I HIGHLY recommend others to call them for your needs.
