Late this Friday afternoon, I had a problem with water backing up into my toliets and flooding my bathroom and basement. Phil Cantitio of Plumbers Plus came to my rescue and expertly diagnosed a blockage in one of the main outflow pipes in our basement. Unable to contact an available roto-rooter service at that point of the pending weekend, Phil spent over two hours trying to help me. With tenacious energy and can-do skill, he finally managed to clear the blockage using only the tools he had on hand. Furthermore, he was an extremely nice and refined professional who I feel very fortunate to have had in my home, and whom I would highly recommend.
