Robert and his team are absolutely amazing. They are super knowledgable, very professional and kept their work space very clean. They handled a major sewer line problem I had, which went through a neighbours property, quickly and efficiently and were always pleasant and fun to be around. The pricing was extremely fair and Robert even worked on saving me money by pointing out what absolutely needed to get done and what didn't need to be done which other companies said I needed.
I required a city permit and Robert took care of that super fast and I got immediately after the job was complete. Honestly, Robert and the team are excellent.

We asked Plumbers on Demand to come to our building just to turn off water during some construction in our condo, and turn it on after some work.

The owner, Robert came to our place. He is the worst person I have ever seen. He is very rude, easily irritated, and yelled at me and our contractors a lot.
He is not good as a plumber as well. He said he worked in our building before and knew our building well. But it took at least 40 min for him to turn off the water for our unit. It seems he could not identified the appropriate water valve, and randomly turned off many valves of other units.

He left the site. We called him 1hr before the time we expected to complete as he indicated. But he did not return on time, and came back 2.5 hrs after my call.
Initially, he said/yelled ""I don't want to waste my time"", but obviously he wastes other people's time and does not care. He does not understand the word ""customers"".

He does not give us his cell phone number because ""he does not want to be bothered"" although we tried to reach him multiple times and his employees in his office.
His employees in the office are relatively nice and quickly responded because of the very rude and abusive owner.

Do not trust them! Extremely horrible experience. Robert is the owner. He came for inspection, and it's been 3 weeks that we are keep calling his company to release the report! NO ANSWER! He charged us and got the whole money. Don't pay him until you get the report otherwise there won't be any!
Don't even bother yourself!
His secretary keep telling us that he is too busy, for 3 weeks!

Stay away. The owner was extremely rude to me when I asked them to come back to check the faucet, which they should have originally but didn't and still charged me $150. Whether or not they do anything, the second they get on your property it's $150. So, watch out. He yelled at me, told me I was ""crazy"" and then hung up on me.

I thought I had a horrible expensive plumbing situation on my hand on Sunday night. First thing Monday morning I called P.O.D. And their Office Staff Flora and Sona were so helpful and kind! They had me scheduled and a plumber showed up at the beginning of the time frame given for arrival time. They even called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. The plumber Chris diagnosed the situation and explained it so I could understand it. The best part was it was not nearly as bad as a situation as I was thinking!! So glad to have found trusting plumbers that are here to help and not rob me blind because I know nothing about plumbing!! I would recommend them to anyone!
