These guys are liars and terrible plumbers - Steven being on top of that list. this ""plumber"" couldn't even find a leak.

Warranty claims has to be the only way they stay in business bc no one in their right mind should hire them and pay for them full price.

Miguel Arredondo was sent to us by America Home Shield to fix our garbage disposal on 3-7-24. He fixed the problem and our garbage disposal is now operational.Miguel was on time as scheduled, very professional and very polite and amiable.

Totally useless plumbers. No skills
I had a guy Allen from their to look into basic issues through home warranty. After the visit there was no response for over 10 days despite over 15 follow up calls. the Guy did know what to do. Does not carry parts for washer plumbing outlets. Could not find parts for 10 days He started refereeing me to his favorite restoration company where there was no active leakage or moisture. That was very unethical. I end up calling my plumber who fixed the issue on the first visit. I am never ever going to use them or recommend them to anyone.

Daniel rectified our plumbing problems quickly and professionally.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Came and diagnosed our problem. Tech came out and fixed the WRONG pipe. Problem didn't resolve so we reached out to the tech. He gave some troubleshooting options that didn't work and then he stopped responding. When we contacted the company directly they wouldn't come out because they said they didn't show record of us having problems/communication with tech right after he worked on the pipes (he told us to contact him directly with problems but apparently that's not how it's supposed to go). Finally reached out to a new plumber and they came and fixed the CORRECT pipe. Reached back out to Plumbers Inc to try to get a refund for the incorrect work. After months of voicemails and emails going unanswered my husband finally got ahold of Marcos. He was SO RUDE. Basically denied everything, told my husband to stop called and hung up on him. Would like to give zero stars but yelp made me do one.
