Through our home warranty service, Plumbers Incorporated were sent out to address a couple of issues. From the first contact, the service was outstanding. The office communicated with us as to scheduling and dispatching. David, their technician, arrived as scheduled. He was very thorough and professional in his assessment and repairing the issues encountered as well as providing explanation for the work and answering our questions. An outstanding experience. Would recommend Plumbers Incorporated without hesitation.

Exceptional Service! AHS forwarded my claim for a water pressure regulator replacement. Within a day, they reached out to schedule an appointment between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. The technician, Joshua C., arrived promptly at 11:30 a.m. and efficiently installed the new regulator. His professionalism and expertise were impressive. I highly recommend this company.

They are horrible.They came out for 5 minutes and the plumber said the PRV was dropping from 80 to 20 with a faucet open.He said the valve has failed but then says the old PRV was not from wear and tear.What?The supervisor Laura promised to call me back for 3 days and never did.Horrible customer service.

My home warranty service (Old Republic) provided a work order for Plumbers Inc. San Diego to help our family with our plumbing needs. I called 3 times and could never reach a person. It is several days after they received the work order and I cannot reach a person. Today, I received a random text from 224-803-2743 saying: ""We were trying to contact you in regards to scheduling your appointment. This is our second attempt at trying to do so. If you can please give us a call back at (888) 379-4321. Thank you and have a nice day."" I am not able to get a person with the provided number. Please don't use this company. They don't actually want to do plumbing work, but focus on collecting the $110 service fee for doing absolutely nothing. Stay far far away!

This company immediately picked up our Homewarranty claim through First American. They left the case as ""pending scheduled"" for the maximum time allowed before action must be taken. They finally left a voicemail with no return number to prolong the process without providing any actual scheduling or work. Mind you, this was for a time sensitive leak.

When I was finally able to reach out to them on a phone number I found, they provided a scheduled a service window (between 8am-3pm) 10 days after the initial claim, At this point we were able to repair the leak through another plumber, outside of warranty.

430pm the day of the appointment a plumber arrived and wanted to try to view the repair. Knowing that it was already fixed, I told them there was no way they'd be able to honor the claim/warranty. At this point the administrative department resolved the claim - without visiting the property or viewing the issue.

I'm presuming this process is to capitalize on the inefficiencies of the warranty claim process without providing any actual work, and it seems like its working.

They did a wonderful job! I have a home warranty and my shower was lukewarm, Jeremiah made the necessary adjustments to my shower valve. He kept his area clean and was quick.

This company is a complete SCAM!!! i wish there was a zero star option. They never pick up the phone. I was forced to use them through my Home Warranty! they never show up when they say they will. When they show up they say they cannot take care of the very basic plumbing issues. They get the insurance to pay for services they never provided! 10 days later and they have not fixed my plumbing issue and billed the insurance as complete job. They are FRAUDS! please trust the reviews here and DO NOT use them!!!

Wasted 10 days but did not handle the job. Cut a hole open in our ceiling and then bailed on saying they are passing on the job. This is after multiple appointments and being specifically asked if they could do it.

Got them through AHS home warranty. No follow up no report, no respond from them after the first visit. Left hanging for 3 weeks. no hot water. AHS tries to contact them 3 times. Same issues, all 3 times only get their dispatch. Can never get a tech or a report from them on the first visit. Why stay in business if they don't care. what a waste of time
