The plumbers from this company were dispatched and couldn't diagnose the problem even when I told them the issue. They told the warranty company that there is no leak even when I showed them the pictures. This tells me that the plumbers of this company are incompetent and their main office doesn't even care. Please do not pay your money for the crappy service

Choice assigned this company to repair my garbage disposal. The service tech arrived without any ID in his personal car. He said he was sent to replace the 3 year old garbage disposal. He asked for my 65.00 payment before entering my home. I handed him my credit card and requested he put on his face mask ( hanging around his neck). He replied, ""I have it on "" and pointed to his neck. Without a face mask covering his nose and mouth I told him I could not allow his to stay in. He returned to his vehicle and left. I called the company and spoke to Hyia, who told me on 6/27/20 , she was the owner of the company and had rescheduled the appointment multiple times. The company had numerous excuses.I believe this company is fraudulent.

My hot water heater decided to stop working, causing water to overflow and leak in my condo. These guys were able to get someone out that day to look at the damage and make sure nothing more serious would happen. Wound up having to get the thing replaced and some pipes brought up to code. Again, professionalism all around. They got it done. My one complaint: wasn't really sure when they would come to replace the hot water heater. That was not conveyed very well to me. They wound up arriving at 8pm and worked until 11:30pm to get it done for me. The management should do a better job scheduling and informing the customer.

Over Christmas week, we needed a new faucet set for our master shower. It got complicated because of dated tile (that size and color no longer available). Abdi was excellent in staying on top of the work--coordinating and getting the job done well and expertly. We so appreciated the constant updates and quick resolution. Bad service. The employees are rude and not helpful. All they care about is their $60 service fee. They are not good service providers. Do not let insurance co send you these plumbers.

This company is horrible. If I could give less than 1 star I would!!!!! The short of it is when they came I had one leak and now since they left I have two leaks. The technician, Joe,said he was going to the car to call his field manager and just left and I mean peeled out of my driveway, never to be seen or heard from again. If you have seen Joe or anyone from this company, lock your doors.

Our home warranty company sent us this company to fix an issue with our garbage disposal. The garbage disposal was clogged and wouldn't drain. First they sent us an electrician that was not able to fix the problem. Then they finally sent us a plumber, who said our pipe were frozen and that it would cost us $500. It's 50 degrees out. These people rip off their customers, don't fix anything, charge you the service fee, and then try to charge $500 to fix it. They are not BBB accredited. I absolutely do not recommend ever using them.

They were great. Very accommodating with my schedule since my work hours are crazy. They send the same technician which made me feel comfortable. First time, it was for leaking from the ceiling and the second time it was faucet issues. He also took the time to recommend some issues I had with my water heater. I would recommend this company and 210 to my family and friends anytime.

I would like to give them no stars if that is possible. They just rip customers off. This is the second time they have done this. They come in, do part of the job and then mess things up and ask for more money to fix it. Today Jose Gomes came to fix a leaking p trap and a clogged bathroom sink along with running toilet bowl. They fixed the toilet bowl , snaked the drain but couldnt't fix the leak. So he used PVC glue 3 times to seal the pipes and when it was still leaking he said they have to replace it and first said it will be $80 extra and then later increased it to $100. He said to call him if I want it fixed. I had gone through a warranty company and they didn't want to cover the extra cost because my limit was reached.
This same company came to me in May 2019, to replace a garbage disposal and clear slow running kitchen sink. Then they said my studor vent needed to be replaced as that was causing the slow drain and not any clog. They left, when I tried to replace the studor vent (just a matter of unscrewing it and replacing it with a new one), I realized they had glued it on the PVC again since both my husband and I tried but couldn't take it off. They charged $100 to come back again and replace the studor vent.
Seems like this is sort of a scam they are doing. Mr. Abdullah, probably one of the main guys called and explained that they would have charged $175, but they reduced it $100. I had already paid a service fee and they were also billing my warranty company. I am now trying to get the P trap off which is glued shut, it was never glued to begin with and this Jose Gomes has messed up everything. He also left everything in a mess for me to clean up. Really worthless plumbers who don't know what they are doing.

My home warranty company sent these guys out to fix a leaking shower. First, we had several scheduling issues where they changed it 3 times. Fortunately we were home as they didn't tell us the last time. They said the cartridge was bad and replaced it. After they fixed it, it was leaking worse than before. So, I called them back out. The plumber said there was a piece of the old cartridge stuck inside, and that was the problem. However, we now also told him that hot and cold were switched, but he said we were wrong, that was Plumbing 101. Well, it still leaked! So, I called them back and the said they didn't want to come back out, and to have my warranty company send someone else. I called my home warranty company, and they sent C&P Plumbing, who was wonderful. The told us the problem was ...wait for it...PEB installed the cartridge backwards!!!! And they used a cheap knockoff instead of a genuine Moen cartridge.
