No hot water from our kitchen faucet. Called my home warranty program and PEB picked up the job. Nagy came out; inspected and analyzed the situation and was to fix the issue with no problems. He came at the beginning of my appointment time (YAY); he was very knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely use them again.

Our shower in our master bedroom went out a few weeks ago. We contacted our home warranty company to find a Plummer to repair our shower. They referred several companies but after checking their reviews we cancel their service call. Our home warranty company recommended Plumbers Electricians and Beyond LLC after reviewing their reviews we decided to give them a chance. We spoke with Chrissy and she was very professional and provided the best customer service. The technician that was sent was dispatched was Vincent as our Plummer. Vincent called 30 minutes prior to the arrival time to inform you he was in route. When Vincent arrived he was very knowledgeable of his job and his attention to detail was awesome. He explained everything to us on what needed to be repaired and cleaned up after he finished the job. He changed out our shower head and facet's. Great Company and we recommended them to use.

Jerell was great! He was sent by 2-10 (which has been hit or miss), but Jerell did a thorough review of our corroding valves, pointed out the issues he saw, and helped us get them all replaced after going out and getting supplies. Good communication, and generally very helpful -- often mentioned things we could do on the maintenance side from our end to help everything run smoothly.

Excellent service-- Herb was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. All of my outlets outside had stopped working, and Herb was immediately able to diagnose the problem. It turned out that a GFCI switch was flipped, and we just needed to find the one controlling the outdoor outlets. After 15 minutes we found the GFCI to reset, and everything was fixed! Herb also alerted me to the fact that some of our electricity loads were below normal. He went above and beyond, and I would definitely look forward to working with Herb again!

Santiago made the drywall repairs so quickly after the PEB plumbing repairs were completed. After I tried for a week to find the right plumber on my own, PEB provided a good quote, set a quick turnaround date on the repair and the restoration of the ceiling, and they delivered great service. Our toilet has been giving us various issues since we purchased our home. We called our home warranty company and they assigned plumbers, electricians & beyond to us and they sent out a technician named Nagi, on the same day. He came within an hour or so and assessed the issues. We ultimately had the toilet replaced. He was able to replace it the day of, even went and grabbed the toilet from Home Depot himself. Very respectful and honest, cleaned up after the work was done. He sealed the bottom of the toilet beautifully, you can barely see it! Will have them come back for any plumbing jobs in the future. Thank you!

We had a clogged kitchen sink. These clowns sent someone who showed up off schedule when he wasn't scheduled to be here (I'm working from home and was in meetings), lied about it saying he talked to my wife at her office and she said it was OK to come at his convenience, and then worked on the clog for two hours and left it worse than when he arrived. He left saying he had to go get some supplies and never came back! Do yourself a favor and do not use this company.

This company have been very helpful to us. We have an older home with plumbing issues. First, Eddie came and he was honest from the get go and personable, he was able to fix the leak at first however the issue was a bit more involved, it took several visits to get to the root cause of the leak. During these time, I got to know Abdi, the manager and the dispatcher, Crissy. They were all professional and helpful in dealing with my insurance and sending them the documentations needed for coverage. We still had to do our part to follow up of course but they responded well. Abdi took the time with his explanation and was respectful. He is honest, quick in responding and easy to work with. In addition, the company seems connected, If they can't do a job, they would know someone who does and would refer you to them. We plan to use this company again for our HVAC needs. Such a pain to work with. Its been more than a month that I am stuck with this company and I have leaks in my house and no clear response from them. Every weak they have a new excuse.. they came once took the service fee.. and said will have someone in asap to fix this.. and now no one shows up!

I highly suggest NOT using this company. I made 3 appointments and they were a ""No Show"" all three times. Not only did they not show up they didnt call to reschedule or anything. Extremely unreliable and unprofessIonal.
