Rich B.Contacted plumbers 911 on a Friday morning at 9 AM. They referred me to a local plumber who said he would have someone there in 2-3 hours. After waiting 14 hours no plumber no call, nothing. Rated them 1 star because I could not give them 0. How can a business survive treating customers like this?
Patrick M.My sewer was backed up and I found Plumbers911 Chicago.com online. Both plumbers that came out showed me there ID cards and Plumbing license. They had the problem fixed in less than an hour and a half. I never heard of this service before I guess it is new to the Chicago area. Worth every penny and the service techs were very polite and did not leave a mess in my house I give them 10 stars out of 5.
