Very unprofessional technicians. The manager, Belinda, seemed nice at first, I had no complaints about her. I called her back to pay the service charge. At the time I paid the services charge, I did not even tell her about our negative experience. The technician had hung up on my husband when my husband told him over the phone that he did not have a credit card at the time and would have me, his wife, call to pay the charge. My husband had declined for them to do the job because they were charging 650 and we wanted a second opinion, as we were not expecting the job to cost that much. (Also, when I had spoken with the technician earlier, he was very rude to me via phone telling me we needed to make a decision because he had other jobs to do. Mind, you, he got there an hour late). Even though this was not a good experience, I was very polite when I called Belinda, to make the payment. She then called me back and said the technician said he could do the job for $500 instead of $650. I told her that I would call my husband and let him know, and get back to her. I called my husband and at that point he said he just did not want to be bothered especially since the technician was rude and hung up on him. At that point I called Belinda back and told her we will decline at this time, especially since the technician left a bad taste in my husband's mouth. She then began to tell me that it wasn't the technician's fault because of past experiences. She actually felt justified in giving me a mouthful about how other customers have said they would pay and ended up not paying....basically I was shocked that this was coming out of the manager's mouth. Managing 101 always says the customer is always right....HELLO this customer paid your unprofessional behind and this is how you treat them? I wasn't going to argue with her, so I just politely said, """"Well ma'm, that is loss of a potential customer, any referrals, and a tarnished reputation."""" When you go to their website, you see about 5 different numbers representing """"different"""" office locations....Haha Belinda answers them all!! Good luck unsuspecting, polite, professional and honest consumers!!!! In order to post this comment, I had to select at least one star.....I give 0/5.
