I can't say enough about this company, forgive me if I spell your name wrong- Jamari is the best. I have used them for multiple scenarios from gross clogged up sewage pipes to laying a new water line from the street to the house. I had a 6in deep pond in my neighbors yard and called these guys, they got here quickly and got me temporarily fixed while I got my lazy butt out side to dig 120ft trench to my house. I told them I was on a budget and offered to dig the trench myself and they even let me do it. The folks at Plumbers 4 Real revolve around the customer. They will work with you to keep you in budget and on track with your project. Jamari even gave me a few referrals for an upcoming bathroom remodel I have planned (I think I'm going to take the construction on myself- I like working with my hands too), but I will be getting them to do the plumbing. I don't like playing with water or electricity. I have no affiliation, but I do believe in their work and quality.

Would be 4.5 if that was an option. The company itself is not the best when it comes to scheduling. It seems they maybe stretch their crews a little thin, so they are often running behind. I work from home so this has not impacted me much, but something to keep in mind. With that being said, the actual work being done has been of great quality every time. I personally recommend asking for Todd T. If he is available. He goes above and beyond.

I had an appointment at 11:30am on a Friday. Waited til 2 until I called their front office, the call was definitely rerouted to someone else. The person that picked up only could take a message and not actively try to figure out where Jamari was who was suppose to fix my plumbing. The person who took the message was suppose to call me back with an update/get in touch with whomever works the front office. Safe to say I never got a call back and Jamari never showed up. Wasted my whole day waiting on a no show who didn't have the courtesy to even send me some kind of update on if they were running late or if they wouldn't be able to make it. Time is valuable and they wasted all of mine.

We have called this company 3 different times for various issues. They are very clear about what the problem is, what is causing the issue and what they will charge. They are very reasonable and stand behind their work. I have had other plumbers come and fix an issue only to have it reappear but when you call they tell you that you have to pay again. Not Plumbers 4 Real, they stand behind their repairs. You won't go wrong with this company and I am not a relative, I am a customer who has had them work on my own home as well as a rental home we have. Trustworthy and very nice to work with. They are my go to plumbers.

I made an appointment for this """"plumber"""" to come out to my house to repair a leaky toilet. I gave him very specific details about the problem and also details on how to get to my neighborhood. I made the appointment 2 days prior and during a specific time, 9-11:am. They were a no-show. No call. No nothing. I googled my problem and fixed it myself! I hate people/companies that do not respect the time of their costumers. They must not be too hungry either! I would've gladly paid the money for someone else to do this very easy job that actually only cost me $6.02 for the hose and 2 hours of my time. Shop somewhere else that doesn't use friends and family to leave FAKE reviews. Just check out google. Not one bad review. Until now.

Imagine finding a bulge in your kitchen ceiling after 10 PM. I called Plumbers who said someone would be there between 12 and 1 AM and our Angel Jamari arrived at 12:15. Water had to be turned off overnight but he promised to be back at 7:45 AM and he was. He brought the parts, soldered what needed to be done and solved yet another of the joys of East Cobb houses built in the 80s, aka pinhole leaks. Kudos and thanks to Plumbers 4 Real and to Jamari for excellent customer service, concern and kindness. You have a customer for life!

This company is for real. I had a kitchen pipes leak that I could not handle myself. So I went right to Yelp and quickly discovered that even if the ad says 24 hour service, most companies are not available. Plumbers 4 Real answered their phone and within 30 minutes were out to my house and fixed the leak. Tamari was efficient and solved the problem quickly. He was also a real gentleman. Highly recommend

I had a broken pipe near my water meter. The county came and shit it off but said the leak was on my side of the meter. I went on home advisor last night and got a call this morning from this company. They were at my house this morning, a Saturday, and gave me a price. Their price was higher than another company that quoted me but the other company couldn't come out until later. I told this company that I'd just pay their estimate fee and wait in the other company. He actually met the other guys price and had the job done by noon. I'm so please with the quick service. Only thing I'd change is him offering a lower price to start with. Glad I had two prices. Very happy with the service. I was at work while all this was happening and I was kept apprised of his findings.
