This guy is a criminal! I am a first time homeowner and recently had an emergency where my pipe burst and cellar flooded. I had no idea what to do so just called any plumber I could to come help me. He was the only one who could come out and when he got there he tried to turn the water off but couldnt find the meter. So all this guy did was call the city and firefighters.. They came out and did his job for him. If I wouldve known I couldve called the fire department myself to shut it off. He then asked me if I would like him to drain the cellar and pump the water out. I said yes thats fine and he said he would send me the invoice to pay him. Being 19 and a first time homeowner and my first emergency with my house I didnt question it and paid him. He then left and i never heard from him. I called the next day after talking to fanily and coworkers, who all told me he clearly took advantage of me. He said ""You didnt tell me to drain it and I said it would be extra."" Which is a complete LIE!! He didnt say ANYTHING about the price and when he asked if i wanted it drained I said YES! Do not do business with this man he is EXTREMELY dishonorable. And his son looks like hes on crack. He clearly is hard up for money taking advantage of a broke 19 year old, i wouldnt trust this guy as far as I could throw him.

Bruce has made me feel comfortable from the beginning. He was happy to send me all his license information. He spent an entire day working on my water heater and was very fair with what he charge. Also, he called later that night to see if I still had hot water. He also called me the next day and came by and just double checked everything to make sure there was no issues. You can really tell when someone cares. Bruce takes pride in his work and actually cares about people and their situation. I'm so thankful for him!!!! I highly recommend him!!!
