I received service from Plumber ATL in June 2018 for a leaking shower faucet. We were told we needed to replace the hardware in the shower and that would require them to create an access panel behind the wall. About two weeks after the work was done water began leaking through the ceiling to the main floor of my house. Noel (the owner) rudely interacted with my husband blaming him for the hardware we chose before he even assessed the problem. After assessing the problem, he realized he completely botched the pipes and they had been spewing water through the wall into the closet and onto the main floor. Noel admitted fault and assured me he would resolve the problem. He fixed the pipe but there is a stench from leak that persists AND the discoloration from my ceiling had not been resolved. He promised to send someone to assure that the smell was not due to mold or mildew since we have two small children. He never sent anyone who was trained in mold remediation. Instead he sent someone to tell us that the carpet in the closet needed to be cleaned and that would resolve the issue. And in Noel's words """"it wasn't worth it to him to have the carpet cleaned."""" We absorbed the costs and had the carpet cleaned ourselves and it still smells. It is October - 4 months later. This has been such a HUGE disappointment of tracking him down to fix something that should have NEVER been an issue in the first place. Now I have an linen closet that stinks and a two tone ceiling.
