This is our second time using Plumber XP! When we first purchased our home about a year ago, a prior plumber had told us that one of our bathrooms was missing a plumbing vent, which could cause issues with gurgling and sewer smells. We had lost some trust in that plumber so we scheduled Plumber XP to provide an estimate and diagnosis.

Joey's investigation was thorough, and he actually identified the existing plumbing vent that was completely overlooked by the prior plumber. Joey's estimate to reconnect the plumbing vent was fair and reasonable, and scheduling with Angela was very easy and streamlined!

Joey, Alfredo and Enrique came right on time for the service. They were each friendly, professional, and patient with answering my questions, and the repair went smoothly and quickly.

As a new homeowner it's very reassuring to have found honest professionals with Plumber XP and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

If you have a plumbing problem, don't panic, call Gabriel. We came back from a long vacation and found a leak in our old house. Having plumbing problems is always a nightmare. We contacted Plumber XP and asked them to come to our house to see what went wrong. Gabriel came quickly and he was very patient with us. He explained to us what the problem was, and suggested the best ways to fix it. They fixed our problem quickly and we can sleep better now. We had Plumber XP fixed our plumbing problems before and we are always happy with their service. We are a returned customer of Plumber XP. We recently suspected a leak in our pipes but did not know where. Gabriel and his experienced team came to our house quickly, did a diagnosis to find the leak was in our hot water pipe. They also found out the water pressure in our neighborhood is pretty high so they helped to install a water pressure regulator to prevent future leaks. Originally planned for 2 days of work, but we ended up only needed 1 day. Gabriel knows what he is talking about. His team composes of professional experts. They come on time, always do an excellent job and reliable!

I'm glad I decided to go with Plumber XP. From the moment Gabriel arrived, he started to assess the property and formulate a plan for the job, I was quite impressed with his knowledge and loved that my Concrete Driveway would not have to be cut into to replace the water main. An Earlier estimate from another company said concrete would need to be cut into. Gabriel and I came to an agreement on price and the deal was on ! Efrain and Marco were assigned to my project and I couldn't be more impressed with the work and outcome. Unexpected surprise, the hot water now comes thru quicker then before !
