Great experience with them. Needed a hydro jetting at my home and got a few quotes. They weren't the best price, but they seemed the most professional and were very close to my house, so I took a chance with them and am very glad I did. Gabriel was very accessible (always answered his phone) and was easy to talk to. The guys that work for him were also very friendly when they arrived at our house. I look forward to using them for all my plumbing needs.

2nd time using Gabriel and his company, Expert Rooter. Within 24 hours, he was at my house to diagnose and fix my two toilets that seemingly had been leaking water.

Gabriel set up a camera through the pipes and determined that there were obstructions caused by tree roots. He then hydro-jetted the roots and freed all debris from the pipes. Then sealed my two toilets. All done in less than 3 hours. I had to go back to work so Gabriel texted me photos of his work when he was finished. He didn't even have to send me pictures but I feel even more confident of his great work after seeing it for myself.

I never want problems but if I ever have any, it's nice to know that Expert Rooter is just a phone call away. If you have a plumbing problem (or a water heater problem like in my previous review), don't bother looking up other companies. Just call Gabriel and get it fixed.

These guys are terrific! Gabriel and his son, Nathan are true professionals: came and talked thru the needs we had, gave suggestions, arrived at a plan, gave us a written estimate, came on time, cleaned up and finished the project on time. Oh, did I mention that we asked for the entire house to be replumbed? We handed him the keys and left town. And now we are enjoying all the new and all the benefits of their labor. I'm really careful about recommending tradesmen but in their case 5+stars!

This Father son team saved the Day for me. i wasn't able to wash cloths or dishes for days and was not looking forward to calling a plumber since I have had such bad experiences with the big boy companies in past. Found these guys on Yelp when looking to have hydro jetting service done at my new house. They offered the best price from all the places I got quotes from. Even better that they offered a discount for being a resident within their service area.

Met Gabriel and his son Nathan, and both were great guys to work with. They were friendly and courteous, and when performing the service they were very thorough, careful, and clean. They kept me in the loop in all steps involved in the process and didn't mind me being around as I observed the entire time (some contractors mind having you watching them like a hawk).

With the level of service they provided at the prices they offered, I definitely felt that I wasn't ripped off and got my money's worth. They recommended that I install a ground level cleanout (since my home wasn't originally built with one). Although not necessary, I'm all about preventative maintenance so I hired them again and just like before they delivered! And at a very reasonable and competitive price!

Highly recommend especially if you're within their service? area. And if you're all about supporting small, family owned businesses, these are the guys to go with. Expert Rooter all the way!

I recently had a main line backup on a Saturday and contacted Expert Rooter for a quote. Gabriel was here the next day to check it out. There were thick roots growing into the pipes. They hydrojetted the pipes and even snaked each of our showers for us to make sure everything drains well. The plumbing in the house has never run so smooth. I'd highly recommend Gabriel and his team. Very knowledgable, reasonably priced, with great customer service.

Once again I needed the services of Expert Rooter and they didn't disappoint. Gabriel figured out what was needed to fix the low water pressure in my shower. He went out of his way to find the right part (Home Depot didn't stock it) because I didn't want to change out the existing faucet. Talk about dedication, expertise and commitment to excellence! These guys are the best in town, I had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday and they came right away and did not charge extra like the other companies. They fixed the leak under my sink and even called me back to check if everything was ok the next day! Who does that?? ""Expert Rooter""! There are professional, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I even hired them to install a water softener, thrilled with the result and the efficiency with which they completed the job.
