Following up on my last review. Just had another plumbing company out here and its now going to cost an additional $1000 to re-install my water heater due to Plumber Tom not installing my new water heater to code. My new plumber said it was the worst job he has ever seen. What a mess!

They do the work and a crappy job at that and then never call you back to fix what they installed. I'd never recommend this company to anyone.

Hey Plumber Tom - we've called and left a message 4 times now without any response. You all did a fantastic and quick job on the install, but we've had a leak ever since. Just need to get this fixed and happy to revise this post once you call us back. Dave & Ben

Well I thought they were good till now nobody returns calls or picks up the phone. This is horrible customer service

I had Plumber Tom come to fix my bathroom facet. He is fast and very cost effective and on a weekend too. He quickly got the parts and we were back with water and a new working facet within hours. He did what I wanted and the price was right.

I have a few rental homes in Cathedral City, These nice guys normally help me take care of my regular maintanance. They take care of things when they say they will. The price is good and they are nice people to deal with. I have to give them a thumbs up.
