My grandfather, a master plumber and small business owner, was my role model. I spent a lot of my childhood and summers learning from him. I owe much of my character to his teachings. He instilled in me the importance of honest, hard work. When I entered the plumbing industry, I aimed to be the plumber who could solve the toughest problems. I focus on repairing problems instead of charging a fortune for replacements.
