Growing up, my grandfather, a skilled plumber and entrepreneur, inspired me. I spent a lot of my childhood and summers learning from him. I credit much of my work ethic to his influence. He instilled in me the importance of honest, hard work. When I entered the plumbing industry, I aimed to be the plumber who could solve the toughest problems. I always strive to repair issues rather than charging excessively for replacements.
