They were on time. Did an excellent job installing my hot water heater. He Went above by cleaning out the laundry room sink . He showed me a protective filter in my drain plug and how to remove and clean it. Reasonable price too

Rainy day, sanitary pump not functioning in the basement. John came out snaked the line to no avail. Pump was bad. In no time John had it replaced, had area cleaned up and was done.

I bought a house in crown point about six years ago and they are amazing always use them. They schedule you quickly. They give you an estimate plus their hourly and they always work quick not to go beyond the time frame they gave nor price.

The Plumber does not guarantee or stand behind their work. Supposedly ""fixed"" the issue but it is still happening. Lots of other plumbers who will stand behind their work and provide better customer service.

Just contracted "" The Plumber"" to replace a leaking garbage disposal ,was greeted pleasantly on the phone to schedule an appointment and was advised they would install their signature product,Wolverine Brass,or I could obtained my own preference and they would install it.Brian was on promptly on time and quickly and efficiently removed and replaced the unit ,explained the operation and was very informative .Whole visit was 45 minutes and also estimated the cost of replacing our hot water heater when the time comes.Very satisfied with the experience.

Once again I had to call The Plummer about what I thought was a plumbing issue. He did a thorough check of my shower and found it to be something other than plumbing. He showed me the problem area and even described what was going on. I will continue to call or recommend The Plummer.

My ejector pump quit working today so I called The Plumber, and within 2 hours of my call Carl was here and a new ejector pump was installed. I have worked with The Plumber in the past for non-emergency stuff so I called them first today when I had a problem, and as usual they did a great job.

Rooted my sewer/septic line & most importantly, cleaned up & re-installed like-new, after having to 'pull' a basement toilet! With past BAD experiences w/ local plumbing outfits not showing up, or over-charging for minor repairs, The Plumber was a true life-saver by salvaging my newly re-modeled basement from back-water sewage flooding BEFORE it happened! Terrific service, and very affordable. ""The Plumber"" spotted every issue we needed handled (even though we had only asked for one to be solved - triage) and took care of them with great explanation and efficiency. I now have a basement that is not leaking water from valves and faucets and we can rest easy that old plumbing won't cause a huge mess one day when we least expect it. It killed me not to be able to do it myself, but what he did in a couple hours would have taken us several weekends and possibly a flood to do. I am so impressed and grateful for this awesome local business!! Hire them and rest easy.

We had to call a plumber on the 1st day of moving in to our new home when our hot water heater started leaking. There are lots of extended details not necessary for this review. The main point is from beginning to end, we were 100% satisfied. They were efficient, caring and cost effective. The plumber Jeff caught things that the home inspector did not catch and fixed them after explaining all the details. If ever I need a plumber again, that will be my one and only call.
