Overall, I enjoyed my experience with Plumbers Pro and plan on working with them in the future on my other properties. They have an automated system that keeps you informed of when your service tech will be arriving to the job site. There were some hiccups with the technician not being able to show up at the expected times but this is because they also do emergency plumbing work. My original plumbing issue wasn't an emergency so we had to reschedule a couple times. My technician was Chris. He seemed very knowledgeable of what my issue was and helped me to understand why he recommended the solution he did. It was more than I was expecting but I trusted he knew what was best so we proceeded with the job. After the job was completed we had another plumbing issue that resulted from it. Cris came out the next day free of charge to remediate the situation since he already knew what the problem was. I have some drywall repair to do but it could have been much worse.

My tenant contacted this company twice to fix MINOR repairs at one of my rental homes. It took two guys going under the house to """"cut out the tee and fitting that is broken"""" and was charged $470 each time for 20 minutes of work. I'd love the owner to contact me and justify the rates I was charged.

Let's start with Plumber Pro answered their phone, scheduled a time for the next day, sent a text and made a phone call to let me know to expect them, Mitch and Ray arrived and assessed the problem with the corroded pipe from my boring well to the holding tank and communicated what was needed to fix the problem, gave me an estimate and completed the work. I highly recommend Plumber Pro and especially Mitch and Ray for an outstanding and timely job.

Made an appt to have my garbage disposal repaired that was less than a year old. The repair man called to """"walk me through"""" it. He told me to press reset button and if that didn't fix it they would need to install a new one for $369 or that I could buy one myself and they'd install it. I told him I would need to ask my husband about it and that the unit was only a year old. He told me he'd email the invoice for a new unit and for a text saying the appointment was complete and an estimate for a new unit...without ever being inside my house. Didn't seem right given how new this unit was, not to mention it was high end model with a 20 year warranty. I called another company who promptly came out and found a screw had fallen into the disposal and gotten chewed up and jammed. Took 2 minutes to get it out and back to running. Saved myself a lot of money. Update: The owner reached out offering an explanation and was concerned about my experience and I appreciate that, so upgrading to a 2 instead of a 1. Ultimately I don't think it's good practice to diagnose and send estimates without physically assessing the unit.

This company managed problems at our home and our office & did a great job. They responded quickly, they were professional, knowledgeable and knew their business unlike many others. I had an initial problem with my first invoice - instead of dismissing me, the owner responded quickly to clarify and itemize their charges. We thought we had a leak (a funky sour smell ). The guy check it out, he deduced there wasn't a leak, possibly something coming from the sink. I expected a charge, but he didn't charge us after all. Highly recommend for the prompt service and cordiality.
