Water leak from meter to house in mid august.They came out & gave me a price of $3,300.00. Waited over a week for them to find someone to dig a trench for new pipe installation.They were supposed to plant new grass.He said he did and put wheat straw on top.I kept looking for grass to sprout,but it never did so today i removed all the wheat straw. The trench was never filled in and I am very disappointed so now i have a long open trench in my yard.This was the 3rd time I have used you and probably the last.

Had a pipe leak and needed it fixed quickly before leaving town. Plumber Pro responded to my Yelp request in about 10 minutes. Others followed, but I needed it done quickly and just with the first to contact me. They set up appointment to arrive within an hour. Fixed the problem quickly. Fair price. Friendly. Professional. Not sure what more I could ask. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I hired them to fix a clogged drain. they milked the clock. Spent about 1 hour working, and several hours doing nothing. used about $50 worth of materials ( 3 feet of PVC and some glue), and one hour of work, bill was $3200. I would not recommend them, nor would I ever call them again.

Most home repairs I head to YouTube first. Since my water heater was leaking I knew I had to find a professional. This company was very responsive, available, educated and reasonable priced. I definitely recommend them and if I have any other plumbing repairs I will call them first.

I called this company to fix 2 faucets in my house. they fixed one but not the second one. the plumber told me he needed to do some research on my faucets and would get back to me. that was 10 days ago. I have called 4 times trying to get an answer as to when they will be back to finish the job. They either ignore me or won't answer when or why I am getting the runaround. Made an appointment...... rescheduled my day then they sent me an email during the time frame that my appointment was suppose to be that my appointment was changed to the next day. I'm not in town tomorrow. I called and they said they tried to call me (BS) . Thanks for wasting my day !!!!!!
