The first time I used them was for a small leak in bathroom and they were great. We had another leak to start in our other bathroom and had them to come down to fix but they told me then that the pipes needed replacing and they said they would go back to see if someone could come and get an estimate on how much it would cost. Never heard back so I called James and he said they didn't come back to tell him that the pipes needed replacing. He had someone to come down to give me an estimate on replacing our pipes. They left that day and I have yet to hear from them even though I have left several text and messages.

I called this company to fix 2 faucets in my house. they fixed one but not the second one. the plumber told me he needed to do some research on my faucets and would get back to me. that was 10 days ago. I have called 4 times trying to get an answer as to when they will be back to finish the job. They either ignore me or won't answer when or why I am getting the runaround. Sam was great to work with and I'll definitely call him again for my plumbing needs. I called with a clogged up bathroom (toilet, tub, and sink) and he responded quickly when other plumbers pushed me into the next day. When he arrived he explained the job thoroughly and gave me a couple of options before starting and he followed up after the job via email so I would have all the details for my records. He was kind and courteous and I'd definitely recommend him to friends.

I had a 20+ yr old water heater that started leaking in a rental unit in athens while i was out of town over the holidays. Found this company on Yelp and contacted Sam via the yelp app around 9am. Sam, the owner, responded within minutes. By noon, a tech was on site & provided me with different options in their free estimate. Due to the 1980s utility closet space limitations in the unit and new code requirements, it wasn't a simple swap but these guys made the headache an easy process for me. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Very courteous, knowledgeable, & professional people to work with! Glad to know they are available 24/7.

I am really impressed with these guys. I called them after being disappointed by another plumbing company that failed to show up. I called (as it turns out) the owner, Sam. He sent a crew to my house for a non-emergency fix the next day. They showed up when they said they would. The two guys that did the work got here (DJ and Ethan), found the leaking pipe and had it fixed in no time. But that was only after they explained what was wrong and how they would fix it. Very courteous, very professional and very nice. I would not hesitate to call them again, and in fact I am certain I will.

My kids bathroom spout that controls the shower vs filling the tub did not work They came out and gave a quote for $800 a month later returned to fix. I was at work gave authorization for them to come in and replace the spigot I came home to this ! I called three times no response back

Very reputable and skilled technicians, Brandon Hughes and Tim Landress, have helped us solve a couple of tricky issues with our system, including recommending quality alternatives when the problem required special expertise. Prices are very fair, and they only do what is necessary. Friendly too!

New in town and Used them on past project one yr ago for a top of the line tankless and relocation, the tankless was to have recirculating hot water through out the hose. A year latter they are installing the recirculate which was not much should have been done the other 3 times. For kitchen project Charged me 250.00 to install a facet and hot water dispense in kit Not really an install more of a swap installing new ones for what was already there. Did not complete said the other guy would finish. Will 2 days latter the other guy dis here flushing tankless and wants another 250.00 And said that He cannot honor verbal quote form the other tech from last week. Really well guess what the new building and extending main waterline will not need your services Could not honor or has no honor . So I'm gonna have to finish installing the faucet for Plumber Pro since they didn't finish it and I'm not gonna pay twice. No pro in plumber here. Last check they will get from us Switching to Greenlee plumbing. They will be here tomorrow to give me a quote on new project. I've used them before on the other side of town I didn't realize they still service my area so at least I'll finally have a good. plumber
