I had to call Plumber Pro because 2 out of my 3 toilets stopped working and I was having company later that day! I had two technicians come out the same day I called and they repaired both of my toilets in a couple of hours. I've used plumber pro in the past and I will continue to use them because not only are they reliable but, their service is above and beyond! HIGHLY, STRONGLY RECOMMEND! Thanks again plumber pro!!!

Received a call back, but when I asked about possible costs, the person was telling me, to fix a toilet, the entire house would need to be checked for pressure, etc. To me, that sounds totally ridiculou! I'm 75 yo. I am NOT affluent nor stupid!

The first time I used them was for a small leak in bathroom and they were great. We had another leak to start in our other bathroom and had them to come down to fix but they told me then that the pipes needed replacing and they said they would go back to see if someone could come and get an estimate on how much it would cost. Never heard back so I called James and he said they didn't come back to tell him that the pipes needed replacing. He had someone to come down to give me an estimate on replacing our pipes. They left that day and I have yet to hear from them even though I have left several text and messages.

I reached out to Plumber Pro based on their Yelp reviews (I refer to Yelp for everything). My hot water tank was apparently installed when the house was built (20+ years old) and was leaking. I sent a quote request that night and received a response almost immediately. We decided to talk about the issue more during business hours the following day. Like clockwork, I received a call and we discussed the issue. We discussed warranty and installation, and I was scheduled for installation the next business day. The installation specialist was on time and even worked around us having to install new Sheetrock in space where the hot water heater was because of mildew. He was quick, efficient, thorough, and explained the new components versus the 20+ year old heater we had. He cleaned up behind himself and hauled away the ancient component. I couldn't be more pleased!

My kids bathroom spout that controls the shower vs filling the tub did not work They came out and gave a quote for $800 a month later returned to fix. I was at work gave authorization for them to come in and replace the spigot I came home to this ! I called three times no response back

Sam with all due respect the work you are saying was done was not. I still have the parts your tech left at my house. So no, no work was done except further damage. I will happy to add photos showing the parts left so people reading these reviews aren't misinformed by your response. Bottom line it was bad job and no resolutions were met.
