I had a very positive experience working with Plumber Pro. Maik listened to my description of the problem and my concerns, and came out the next day and did a thorough inspection complete with photo and videos of what exactly the problem was. Unfortunately my repair turned out to be far more extensive than I thought it would be, hence it was more costly than I thought it would be. But it was a fair price considering the extent of the work that had to be done. Then he and a worker came out today (Saturday) and began to work promptly as scheduled this morning. The job took about 3 to 4 hours. They were very neat, very courteous, and everything is back working properly. Plumbing problems are never fun but they did a great job and I would recommend.

Maikel was the quickest response to Yelp quote request. I was worried a quote from a plumbing company was going to be high, but his price was very reasonable. I was able to set the appointment for the next day 11am. That gave me enough time to decide which new toilet I wanted (picked from Consumer Reports) & to get it from Home Depot the next morning. HD put it in my car and Maikel took it out of my car. Maikel explained why I needed a toilet flange spacer. The toilet installation was completed in a timely manner. I appreciate how he cleaned up the area too. I plan on keeping his number handy for any plumbing issues that may come up in the future. And I do recommend Maikel for your plumbing needs.

I would highly recommend Maik for any plumbing issues. He fixed both my bathtub drain and kitchen sink very quickly and the prices were much more fair than other plumbers I used in the past who charged me hundreds. He replies fast, on time and gets the job done. I would definitely use him again (hopefully won't have to), but glad I found a good plumber in my area!!
