Plumber was on time, nice, courteous. He found the leak under my kitchen sink to be coming from the disposal so he purchased a new disposal and installed it. He also repaired my kitchen faucet with parts that I provided but neglected to replace the screen like I specifically asked. We are still getting sprayed when we use the faucet. A week later, the faucet is coming loose again too. So, he gets 5 stars for disposal repair and 1 star for faucet repair ( still broken) averaging 3 stars.

I have had this company do 3 jobs for me so far, and everything has always gone so well! The guys show up punctually and stay until the job is done to the customer's satisfaction. They have always been nice to deal with as well. Further, they do the job for a very fair price! It is so nice to have a company you can count on to do work in your house that you can't do yourself. Love everyone at Plumber on the Way!!

The first visit from Plumber On the Way was to fix the tub faucet that would not stop dripping. Daniel Davis gave me more information than I ever knew was possible as to why I had this problem and what to do in the future. He fixed my current problem and was a pleasure to work with.
Now I am working with Gage Fury on pipe issues and he has been very clear and direct as to what needs to be done. I know that the experience will be the best it can be considering what is about to take place.
Amy ? is a pleasure to work with on scheduling and is anxious to accommodate my schedule. At the rate things are going, I may adopt them all. . .

Based on a recommendation from a friend, I called Plumber on the Way out to my house twice. Once was for an issue with the hot water in my downstairs bathtub and also the sink in the same bathroom was draining very slowly. The plumber correctly identified the issue with the bathtub, but the fix was going to be a large time and cost commitment that couldn't be done that day. As for the sink, the plumber snaked it, but it was still draining slowly. He said that it wouldn't drain any faster because the sink was too low and the drain was close to level with the point where the pipe enters the wall. So basically he said we would have had to detach and reattach the entire sink to get it to drain properly.

The second time they came out was because there were signs of a leak in the basement that looked like it was coming from the kitchen. This plumber struggled to find the issue and ultimately concluded that water was leaking out the back side of the sink because it hadn't been caulked well enough. While my wife and I debated how to move forward, we were very careful not to spill any water where he said the leak was, but the problem continued to get worse and started causing the floor in the kitchen to warp.

Doubtful that Plumber on the Way had identified the correct problem, I called another plumber (Advanced Plumbing). This plumber was able to quickly identify that the joint to the dishwasher was leaking and fixed the problem in under an hour. While he was there, I also asked him to look at the bathroom sink. He snaked that one out (he had to go into it from the kitchen) and it drained perfectly.

So maybe it was bad luck, but I had two experiences where Plumber on the Way was not able to correctly identify and solve the problems they were called out for. Meanwhile, another plumber identified and fixed both issues within an hour or two.

To top it all off, when I called to suggest that I shouldn't have to pay the invoice for the second visit, the person I spoke to acted like I was being unreasonable for suggesting I not have to pay it, was very rude to me, told me not to pay it while insinuating she would send it to a collections agency, and hung up on me. I had to call her back and we ultimately settled on me paying half the invoice. I understand that plumbing is sometimes a trial and error approach to diagnose and resolve the issue and that you're generally expected to pay for their time and effort whether the problem is solved or not, but the base expectation is that the plumber actually be competent. Based on how quickly the other plumber was able to identify and resolve both issues that Plumber on the Way was not able to resolve, it didn't seem like I was getting competent plumbers from POTW.

I happily paid the Advanced Plumbing invoice I got because the plumbers they sent to my house were competent, experienced, and got results. Their rate is higher than POTW, but it's well worth it and I'll be using them from now on.

We used ""Plumber On The Way"" @ 804-598-9150 and they were fantastic!!! They fixed the issue at a very reasonable cost. We couldn't be happier. The problem was very weak water pressure in our guest shower which was added when they enclosed a second floor original porch. Not sure when they enclosed the porch and added the 2nd full bathroom but it was probably 15 years ago. Our house is around 100 years old. Luckily for us it was a fairly easy fix. It was the valve behind the shower handle that was apparently cheap quality that wasn't working properly and was not allowing for good water pressure. Water pressure since being replaced with the new valve is fantastic!!

Thank you Plumber On The Way!!

They do exactly what they say they are going to do. I got a call announcing that they were on the way and the approximate time of arrival. They got there in the time slot they had said. I needed a plumber of small size to go into the small crawl space under the house and fix the leak. Sure enough, they had a guy that was small enough to get in there, he discovered the leak and fixed it within the hour. I got a quote and they were not expensive.
I asked for their business card because if I ever had a problem again, I'd use Plumber On the Way again for sure.

We had a MAJOR kitchen drain clog/disaster. They were even on the roof using a drill to snake it. How bad ass is that? I didn't even know you could do that.

In the end they had to pull out a cabinet to get into the wall. This was the last alternative. Didn't know this was possible as well. I really thought we were going to have to move but Plumber on the Way worked their magic and got the job done. They put the cabinet back and you couldn't even tell it had been moved.

It was also very reasonable priced.

This is my second time using them and they are my go to plumber.
