A had a leak under my mobile home in the area of my bathroom. I thought it was coming from around the toilet. I had another plumbing company come out. He looked in the area around the toilet, saw that I had galvanized pipe with some rust on it and said that was the cause. His company quoted me $7,000 to re-pipe my house and said they wouldn't attempt to fix just the area of the leak because of the likely hood the galvanized pipe would start leaking in other places.

I called Plumber of Tucson the next day and they had someone out that afternoon. He took the time to really look. He found there was no leak in the area the previous plumber had identified. He saw no water, the ground was dry and then went and looked at the meter which showed there was no active water leaking. He then removed more of the skirting on my mobile home and found that the shower pan was leaking. There was obvious signs of moisture there. He though it might be the drain so he did the extra work to verify that by plugging the drain and running the water. It was then obvious it was the shower pan as water rained down on him. While under the house, he noticed an old drain that was not plugged and took care of that while he was under the house.

The plumber, Dillon, was professional, empathetic and honest. I did pay $140 diagnostic fee when it turned out that the issue was not what I had thought it was but the company and Dillon were upfront about that. It was worth it! They saved me from paying $7,000 from doing work that would not have solved the problem.

Lastly, the Operations Manager called me about an hour after Dillon left to check on how the appointment went. I couldn't say enough good about Dillon and his company.

Honesty is so important and I detest companies that don't do their due diligence and then try to sell you on an expensive repair. Get a second opinion! Or better yet, call Plumber of Tucson first. You won't be dissapointed.

Kitchen faucet replacement. Technicians arrived on time (same-day, in fact), performed the work quickly, and the price was good. However, without confirming with me, they took my old faucet and disposed of it when I intended on returning it to the vendor for a refund. Management reimbursed me for the faucet and apologized for the confusion.

I would highly recommend this company because of the excellent customer service I received. A service call was promptly made, I received reminders for the service date and time, and Joe the plumber showed up on time. Joe explained in detail how the project would be completed, then provided a quote shortly after the service call. I ended up deciding not to pursue the project for now, but when I do I will definitely consider Plumber of Tucson.
