I selected "Plumber Near Me" because of the get pricing process for projects on Yelp. Stephen H. replied to my inquiry and collected my contact information. A plumber arrived as scheduled on 6/17 for the consultation and took $70 for the visit. I was told that the parts that needed to be replaced would need to be researched due to their age which will take a few days and if they couldn't be replaced I would be quoted a price for a rebuild, however after a week I didn't hear back from them.

I called them on 6/26 to ask what was going on since there was no follow-up. Though they had my email and telephone number they admitted they sent my consultation receipt to an incorrect email address. The person I spoke with corrected it on their end and sent me my receipt and told me that the plumber would be in touch with me.

Another week went by so I called them today, 7/2 and asked them to refund my consultation fee since I still have not heard back from anyone from this company. I received a call from Stephen H. which he apologized for the lack of follow-up and offered to provide a refund. I appreciate the owner reaching back out to me. It's unfortunate that first impressions failed to the point that my business will go elsewhere.

I had very urgent request and they replied to me very fast. Within 2 hours, the technician Dewy came to diagnose it, gave me reasonable quote and fixed it. Very happy about his service!

They charged me $150 for doing NOTHING. They said they were not able to do the test but they were going to come back another time and they never did. DO NOT HIRE THIS PEOPLE!

Can't recommend these guys enough. Fast response for the initial visit/schedule, prompt and on time, super professional and courteous. Dewey and Stephen were friendly, professional and super knowledgeable. They completed the work at a reasonable price.

The guys addressed my leaking shower and when I inquired about my boiler, which had recently sprung a leak and was giving out, Stephen offered to take care of it the same day. In my mind I expected this kind of repair to drag on at least a few days but nope! Stephen got the old one out and a brand new one in along with fixing the shower in a few hours. By the time he left my shower was back to normal and the boiler was already producing hot water.

Very happy with these guys, I'll be sure to give them another ring if anything comes up in the future.

Aiden was the initial plumber that came to diagnose the problem and he was the one to recommend I contact Delta Faucets. He had prior experience with them sending a replacement cartridge for free, under their lifetime warranty. Sure enough. Delta was very responsive. But as Aiden told me they won't send the part to a plumber.

Dewey then came out a week or so later to replace the old cartridge w new. He was great, explained the details, showed me how/why the old one failed.

These guys were personable, courteous and prompt. I'd highly recommend.

The guy came at the time expected, looked at it, then made it very clear what the two quotes meant. Basically one easy fix and one not easy! He got right to work and fortunately the Easy fix worked! I would highly recommend!

Had PNM come take a look at a small leak under the kitchen sink. The connection to the garbage disposal was leaking. Super easy fix but I knew something was up when the guy starts saying things like, well.... I'm gonna have to take everything apart and redo all the plumbing. I said, "Nope. No you don't, just have to detach this small pvc pipe here, not everything." He went full blown, armageddon day on it. The other thing was to replace a P-Trap, which is fully exposed on the back of the water softener. No big deal. Easy job. Quoted me $1000! told me the hourly is $250/hr. That's like sending your plumbers to Harvard Law school to fix some pipes. This is crazy stuff. Stay away.

This company was great! I have a new plumber now his name is Dewy. He was prompt , said he would be there at the agreed time and followed through, as a far quality of work I could tell by his work ethic that he cared about the plumbing at my house, He had to redo the plumbing in our foundation to get our tub installed and he did it with a breeze. I am confident that this new install will last a long time, so appreciative and it was a pleasure doing business with the company that he represents!
