Had some kind of stoppage somewhere in my kitchen sink and contacted them via Yelp projects. They were responsive quickly and had someone out within a couple of hours. Interaction was friendly and professional. The service ended up taking a few hours - the longest part was waiting for a second worker to come w/ the camera. Their explanation of the problem was clear, and the sink works now. The price seemed a little high after doing some research but I suppose you pay for the convenience. My one gripe is that I never recieved a receipt for my payment despite requesting it twice. I eventually requested that they send it to my partner and his email did go through though.

Terrible customer service. Was told they'd get back to me when they had parts. Never got back to me. Never responded to my emails or phone calls. 3 weeks later, they finally called only to tell me they'd be assessing a fee if I didn't immediately pay their service fee. Who knows if they ever even got the parts. Seems as if they didn't have the parts but were never honest with me that it was a job they couldn't do. Instead, they threatened fees if I didn't immediately pay the service fee they initially told me could be bundled in with the work.

This company was great to work with. We needed our hose bib replaced and Plumber Near Me was the quickest (and reasonably priced) quote that I received. I was able to schedule for the next morning. Aidan arrived when promised, solved our issue, and taught us how to turn our water off in case of future emergency. He also provided us with reasonable quotes for future projects- we will certainly be reaching back out to this company!

They are not at all reasonable. They provided a quote that was extremely high . Luckily I asked around before committing to them. It was more than ( 50% lower ) It's very frustrating there is no transparency in this industry.

I tried to fix a clogged drain under a bathroom sink and ended up causing a leak. I didn't find this until my parents came to visit and found water on the floor after using the sink their first morning. Plumber Near Me was able to send someone out the same day!

The plumber, Dewey, was friendly, helpful, and thorough. He also helped me with a kitchen faucet issue I had not mentioned initially and then a third issue with another bathroom sink! The last issue ended up being a simple fix and Dewey didn't even charge for it.

I could not have had a better experience and will definitely use them again.
