The plumber, Dewey, was friendly, helpful, and thorough. He also helped me with a kitchen faucet issue I had not mentioned initially and then a third issue with another bathroom sink! The last issue ended up being a simple fix and Dewey didn't even charge for it.

I could not have had a better experience and will definitely use them again.

I asked these people to come fix a drip in one faucet, they charged $300 and now my entire plumbing system is screwed. There is almost no water pressure for both bathrooms and my washing machine, which wasn't even an issue before. We always had great water pressure for the six and half years we lived here, until we called this plumbing service to fix one drip. They want $225/hour to fix it and won't even give me an estimate of how many hours they think it will take to fix it.

Guess there's nothing wrong with "Plumber Near Me", too rich for my poor A$$, got a quote from them of almost $16,000 for replacing two hot water heaters. Both with easy access (nothing crazy here - like I live under the ocean at a depth of two miles or something like that).

Yea -darn, I'm in the wrong business I guess - should have been a plumber.

I have been meaning to write this review and I am sorry it has taken so long. I had the best experience with this company from the kind lady who answers and schedules the plumbers to the gentleman (Aiden) who came out they went above and beyond!
My shower handle broke off and water had to be turned off for my house. My dog passed away two days before and my daughter was having ACL surgery the next week (yes my life sounded like a sad country music song), it was a Friday when I called and I was at the end of my rope. I was in tears when talking to the scheduler (I cannot remember her name) and she made sure I was taken care of. Aidan showed up on a Friday night to make sure my water was turned back on and came back the following week to complete the fix.
They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it at an affordable price, they were also kind and compassionate towards me when they did not have to be. My shower is working, my heart is healing, and my daughter's surgery went well. Thank you to Plumber Near Me for helping me during a very stressful time. You have a lifelong customer.

Outstanding service!! We had an irrigation leak in our front yard that was leaking half a gallon of water per minute and the shutoff valve was stuck.
