Noel apparently doesn't need my review, but he is the BEST. We have worked with him for more than 10/15years. He knows what he's doing up and down the block, most pleasant demeanor, highest quality work, reasonably priced, totally reliable and they clean up before they go. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get high-quality work for a more than fair price. Just completed a same day replacement and upgrade of my water heater -- he's the best.

Noel was doing work for my dad........ dad gave me his # I have to say he is honest, knows his stuff, wont rip you off. he has done a few jobs for me and even helped me over the phone. he just finished putting a new water heater in my townhouse the SAME day I called him !!! Noel should be your 1st call........ and he is a real nice guy on top of all that.

Noel is my guy! He's like a friend to me. Cool dude! I have known him for 10 years. He has great work ethic. He do things as he say he will do. He has done a lot of things for me. He changed my sewer lines from clay to pvc pipes and also fixed my broken laundry drain. Just recently, he repiped pretty much my entire home and installed my tankless water heater. Everything was done professionally. I also enjoyed his crew who are good people namely Carlos, Manuel, and Andy. He does great work and will take care of all your plumbing needs. Most of all, he charges reasonably for his work. You can't go wrong with Noel.

Noel, the plumber man pro man, dropped by on a Sunday to assess my leaking water heater. We drained it and discussed a replacement.

He came back the next day with a new water heater. Reenforced the platform, installed the water heater, plumbed the new overflow drains and strapped it in place. Working better than new.

Noel is awesome. I called around and got the most ridiculous quotes from a few major companies and a few smaller companies, they were all rip offs. They were even trying to get me to jet my drain from talking to me over the phone. Noel came out first thing in the am and fixed my outside floor drain for a great price. I would and already have today recommended Noel to all my Facebook friends. Plus he spent his time talking to me and developing a relationship. I truly trust him, he is honest and now he is my go to plumber!

Noel could not have been more helpful at getting my storm drains cleared! When his snakes wouldn't do the job he got a hydrojetter here and together they worked to clear the drains. The combination of jetter and snake finally broke through heavy roots. I finally found a plumber that I will call back! He was very professional and fairly priced.

Living in the west valley, we are use to being overcharged. So after getting outrageous estimates from several of the west valley plumbers to have our toilet snaked, I found Plumber Man Pro online. I am so glad that I called them. Noel who owns the company is completely reasonable and has always done a great job. When we had to get our sewage line replaced Noel came in with the lowest estimate by far. The west valley plumbers over charge. I will stick with Plumber Man Pro.
