He's reasonable, and also very good. He's been to my home many times. When this house was built they did some strange stuff with the plumbing. We were talking about when they built this home the weird stuff the plumbers did. I told Noel that I think they were high on something. He laughed and agreed. And he is the original smell good plumber; I'm old enough to be his mother for sure. But I have to admit he's also nice on the eyes.

He called when promised, came earlier then expected and treated my 92 year old dad with The upmost respect! I will most certainly use him for all future projects.
