Firstly, I want to state that I don't usually write bad reviews. My intention is solely so others do not have to go through the nightmare I experienced while working with Plumber Kings. The ""crew"" of plumber kings consists of the owner, Chris, his childhood best friend, James, and whoever can use a shovel.
Upon contracting Plumber Kings to replace the plumbing throughout my home and add a half bath, the owner, Chris, stated that he would complete the work himself. That's the first lie that comes out of Chris's mouth- many were to follow. His best friend, James, is friendly enough, but he doesn't know what he is doing or probably even licensed. When installing my half-bath toilet, he forgot to tilt the pipe of the toilet at an angle, so the waste flows away from the house. Isn't that basic plumbing 101? Since Chris never took the time to come and inspect everything before my new flooring was installed, we found out too late. Instead of apologizing for his lack of work ethic, he blamed my family, claiming ""someone must have stepped on the pipe"". I was shocked that he would go to that length and disrespect my family to their faces. I now have an injector pump in my backyard thanks to his lack of care and it will need to be replaced every 10 years. The whole project took over 6 months to complete and upon final inspection, they didn't even install hammer arrestors on my new water lines. When I reached out to get it resolved, Chris mentioned he left them on my water heater and I should install them myself. I told him, I'm not a plumber and that the city inspector told me that my plumber should install them and it's included in a plumber's scope of work when replacing water lines. After a lot of back and forth, Chris finally showed up, with a huge attitude, and stated that the arrestors weren't included in my bid. How would it not be included in my bid if it's needed to pass inspection?! Do not waste your time and money on Plumber Kings. I'm still infuriated.

Called to have my drains zapped before a dishwasher installation. (That just felt smart.) What I got was a human being with humor, a professional demeanor, really smart, lovely person. Robert. Five stars.

Chris and his crew are professionals. They have done both scheduled work for us like hot water heater replacement and emergency flood response. These guys have been great to us. Five stars all the way.

Sent a message requesting a quote on a new water heater install... these guys didn't even bother to respond. AVOID!!
