Daniel Richards, the Technician, did a wonderful job fixing our plumbing disaster. Toilets, shower and tub overflowing with sewage water. Our sink in the garage leaked nonstop too. He fixed everything quickly, explained what happened, why it happened, and how we could avoid the situation in the future. Thanks Daniel and Plumber Jon's.

My guest toilet wouldn't flush this morning and I had company for the weekend. I phoned Jon's Plumbing and they agreed to fit me in today despite their already tight schedule.
Dan Richards, plumber, fixed the toilet in little time. Then I asked if he wouldn't mind taking a look at my bedroom sink that was having difficulty draining water. He didn't blink an eye and again, resolved the problem in very quick fashion.
I am really impressed with this company. First of all, they were accommodating to help me on the same day of my call. Secondly, the plumber, Dan, was professional and very friendly. And lastly, the charge for service was very fair and reasonable.

Jon did some work at my house and did a great job ,so when we needed some work done at Evergreen Garden center. I called Jon and once again he did a great job. My daughter just bought her first house and it needed some plumbing upgrades . There was only one person I trusted to work on my daughters first home, sadly he wasn't available, so I called Jon. Just kidding, Jon is the only guy I would call. I have done business with other plumbing companies in the past and was very disappointed with them. Plumber Jon's adjusted their schedule and came out the same afternoon to do a job because I had a crack in a pipe coming from the water main to my house. Before calling Plumber Jon's, I called five other plumbing companies and they were too busy and weren't willing to accommodate my plumbing emergency. The plumber did a great job and was professional, courteous and fixed the problem.

Living in Old Fig Garden is a blessing and a curse. Old clay sewer pipes present obvious problems, invading tree roots, decades of decay, and accessibility. Jon understands our neighborhood and it's challenges and provides intelligent and prompt repair solutions.

I'd give Jon 10 stars if I could. First off, when I called to see if he could come fix my broken pipe and stopped-up drain, he was over at the coast. He called back within 5 minutes to set up the appt. He was friendly and was happy to talk to me about my problem. I had a choice to wait a couple of days (since he was not in town) or call another plumber. I decided to wait. I'm so glad I waited. He was quick, efficient, and friendly-answered all my questions as he worked. I was very happy with the price, as well. If you need a plumber, call this guy. You won't regret it.
P.S., Jon worked for a reputable plumbing company for many years. He's seen it all and done it all.
