Plumber John came out on a Saturday evening spent 3 hours here diagnosing the problem going to get parts and fixing the problem and he was very experienced nice and professional he left the house Saturday night job was done check that there was no leaks excellent job I would definitely recommend him for my friends and family to fix any problems that they need the Sauders were perfect and the parts were top of the line his prices were Fair and better than any other estimate I had for that evening

I hired John back in October for an easy job with a stubborn clog. He took care of it and even gave me a discount. I was happy with the job he did. So when we sprung a leak from the upstairs bathroom, I called him and he came immediately to fix the problem. He stopped the leak quickly. We then decided to forgo the downstairs bathroom remodel and do the upstairs one instead. John told me that he wanted to expand his business into contracting. He offered me a discount if I would be his first customer. So pleased with his work thus far and his excitement for the project, I agreed. What should have taken 6 weeks, turned into 6 months of hell!!! And we still don't have a working bathroom! He and his crew were late on a daily basis and they were messy, they were terrible at picking up after themselves. After about 2 weeks there was a parting of the ways with John and his crew. John continued with the plumbing, which was a bit extensive, due to the previous owners shoddy work. Once that was done, John reassured me that he would finish the project. He then had his truck stolen with all of our plans and paperwork, which set him back a week or so. Again he assured me that he would get the bathroom remodel done. I trusted that he knew what he was doing. BIG MISTAKE!!! His first task was installing the insulation, which didn't make sense to us, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Then he proceeded to build a small wall at the back of the shower. When we saw his work we were so disappointed. Not only was the work sloppy, he didn't even build a header for it, this wall was to hold quite a few pounds of tile. It was unsafe. At this point I told him we would not be using him for the contracting work and retained him to do the installation of the fixtures. When we we're ready for him to come install the fixtures, he did nothing but complain that the tile work hindered him from installing the fixtures properly. He said the holes were too small and that he had left instructions with hole sizes. Which he didn't. He then left to get some parts and was gone for about 2 hours. Upon his return he realized that he had purchased the wrong item and left again. When he finally got to work, he turned on the water and it started raining from the living room ceiling! At this point he came down and as we stood with buckets and bowls, preceded to ask to be paid and didn't seem to care that it was leaking. I had to run up and shut the water valve off. After I paid him, he finally went upstairs to see what was going on. He said he wasn't sure what was causing the leak, but said it was probably from the wallboard installation, that a screw had probably punctured a pipe. But he said he would come the next day to find out why it was leaking at no cost to me. He didn't show up, or call. I ended up getting a very rude text that evening informing me he was no longer going to work with us, that we had disrespected him and that it was the person who installed the wallboards fault. At that point I was glad to be rid of him!!! I called some real plumbers who came in, found what the problem was and fixed it in under 2 hours! We had to open up a wall, but found that one of John's connections wasn't connected properly and became loose and started leaking! That was replaced and they proceeded to replace several other items that he installed poorly and would cause problems later if not fixed. It was all replaced properly and we now have water in the bathroom and no leaks! I would never recommend John, he is not only a bad plumber, he is unprofessional, disorganized, sloppy and very unreliable! I am a very understanding and patient person and know how people can have troubles which may cause some distractions, but this experience was ridiculous! I just had to write this review, I couldn't in all good conscience let anyone else go through any of what we were put through! Thank you for your patience with this very long review!

We hired John to come replace a drain line under our house. Not only did he show up promptly when he said he would, but did WAY more than expected! In stead of just removing the piece of broken pipe and replacing it (like his competitors suggested for almost 4 times the cost) he replaced the whole run to insure our problem ended. All this pipe work and hours spent perfecting the drains and our bill wasnt even a third of what another plumber had quoted! His prices are extreamly reasonable and he is absolutely meticulous in his finished work. If you need a plumber call this man we are so grateful to have found him!

Used him twice and he was professional with reasonable pricing. Change out a back yard faucet and replaced a water heater in one of my rentals. No complaints here.

Two months after John came out here, everything he did has burst. Waiting on a new plumber at the moment as I don't even want to take advantage of his warranty.

This was a nightmare for my whole family. I should not have hired this man. He was incompetent and a liar. He told me on the phone he charged $82 an hour then told me when I paid him it was $98. He spent five hours on 2 small tasks that should have taken 1.5 hours. Alll he had to do was replace a faucet in the kitchen and put in a new drain on the bathroom. The bathroom is still leaking and I will have to call a real plumber. He tried to charge me $149 for the faucet and when I insisted on having the receipt he feigned not being able to find it. Finally his assistant found it and it was $99.00. He lies and lies. I pity his assistant who seemed like a sweet hardworking young man.
