I hired Plumber John to install a hand held shower wand and grab bars for my mom's shower. The technician/ plumber 'John' who came to the house was on time, hardworking, funny, knowledgable, trustworthy and did an outstanding job. I would hire this firm in heartbeat for our next plumber job.

My grandparents believed they had bad pipes when some puddles started forming in the laundry room and under some tile in the next room. They called these people and they came and """"fixed"""" them for $3600. The next day more leaks formed. So these people came back and found out that, after all, it was only a leaky refrigerator water line. My grandparents asked if they could fix that and they said no, they'd have to call an appliance person. Without even an apology, these people left. In conclusion, these people are either very crooked or very incompetent.

If a fair price, on-time arrival and perfectionist work are not your bag, go elsewhere. I had a moderately difficult job, moving water leads and drains, and John the 2nd (not the boss but a top plumber) handled it perfectly. Estimate by Rick was spot on. Fan for life.

Our HOA management service sent PlumberJohn to check a leak. It turned out to be a bad wax seal in a toilet. The charge was $272. Incredibly high charge for what is a routine half hour job by even a rookie plumber. For comparison a neighbor had an old toilet removed and a new installed for $75 by different plumber. Definitely get a price upfront before using or ordering work.

The whole staff is great, professional, on-time, and awesome results! Will definitely use again, and would recommend to anyone. Found Plumber John, as a referral by several people on the Nextdoor app - glad they recommended him!

As a realtor I recommend Plumber John to my customers who are looking for good work at a reasonable price. I wouldn't call anyone else for my own home.

Had just a simple drain snaked $250 ouch!! Showed me on drain camera ......Who cares???? I just wanted drain line cleared took all of 30min in and out. Should have been 100 to 150 Max.

I've had Plumber John work on bathroom plumbing as well as various kitchen plumbing. I highly recommend them. Prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, clean and thorough. I will use them for all my plumbing needs! It's great to find such a reliable, trustworthy service company!

We had a new hot water tank installed in November to the tune of $1,300+. The installer did a great job. No complaints about the service we received. At the time of our initial discussion, we were informed that because our existing tank was installed in 2006, we would need to have an electrician come in to see if we might need to update our electrical panel. They would take care of contactcontacting an electric company. AT NO TIME in this discussion were we told that there would be an extra charge for this. Since they were handling choosing the company, we assumed that the fee was included in the estimate we were given. Last week, we received a bill for $125 from Venice Electric.... over 3 months after the tank was installed! The guy was here less than 5 min. He literally open the panel, said we were fine, closed it and left! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Plumber John did NOT disclose this extra fee and will NOT take responsibility for it!

We hired Plumber John to install a hot water heater. While the fellow was out doing an excellent job of that, we asked if he was able to give us a quote for repiping our home in the future. The quote was so acceptable we hired them to do that as well. They were fabulous, did an excellent job with minimal upset during the process. They totally cleaned up afterwards and we could not be happier. I would recommend them in fact we have over and over to our friends and neighbors.
