This morning (Sunday) I had a waterfall coming down the ceiling of my finished basement. I opened maps and input plumber because I knew it was an emergency I need to get somebody nearby. Joe answered the phone I'm pretty sure I woke him up and was at my house by 10:30 in the morning actually before that maybe close to 930 he spent a few hours here and then had to go and get some supplies, but found a clog in one of our lines that was backing up a toilet upstairs. He also checked a few things in the house and made some recommendations which we were able to take care of quickly today along with the main repair. Joe was amazing, quick, and efficient and his pricing was perfect. He didn't gouge me as most large companies would do for weekend emergency service! I am using Joe now to finish my bathroom tile... apparently he is a jack of all trades. Thank you so much Joe you really saved me today!!!!

Joe came out to our house from a recommendation we had received. He replaced the main water valve to our home, installed new plumbing lines as well as a new dishwasher, garbage disposal and faucet. He was on-time, professional, and did an excellent job. His pricing was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others! I read a few of these other reviews and they are POLAR-OPPOSITE of our experience with his company!

Joe added me on Facebook and offered his services to me. I asked if he can help with installing new shut off valves for kitchen. He said to request appointment with his link. I requested a appointment and he said he wasn't available until a week. Then I followed up with him and he says he is slammed. I don't know why he even says to make a appointment if he doesn't keep his word. Just be honest and say you don't want to do it. I definitely don't recommend him or his company.

Plumber Joe Rocks!!! We needed a new water heater as we were out of hot water. He showed up when he said he would & installed it fast. He is very friendly & thorough with explaining everything & how things work. I would highly recommend him for all your Plumbing needs!!!

My water heater broke and the tank is almost busted so I have to hire someone close in my area in Plainfield to replace it ASAP. Joe was referred by my co-worker, he is bonded and insured. I texted him and he called me back right away and was ready to do the job that quick. Joe replaced my water heater flawlessly, he even put a couple of gas valves for safety standard. To top it all he fixed my furnace humidifier for free. This guy is a professional plumber. I'm very happy , my wife and kids are very happy with the result and I'm ready to hire Joe again for the next project. Highly recommend and the labor fee is very reasonable. Thanks...

I do not recommend Plumber Joe.

Last October my outside facet was leaking, I contacted Joe, he said he was able to fix it & would replace the facet with a better Frostfree Sillcock with Soft Handle. After an hour, soldering smell & banging of pipes I had a new Legend brand replacement, looked complete & no leaks. I paid $250.00 & was told had a 5-year guarantee.

This past May I used the facet for the first time, as I turned the spin wheel it was a hollow black rubber thing that fell off, much to my surprise a cut piece of pipe was soldered onto the new Legend where the actual metal spin wheel belonged, the pipe was left sharp enough to cut my hand.

On 5/28/19 I text Joe my disappointment in the work he performed with pictures. There was texting, no shows & still no repair. Now 9 weeks later, I'm out $250 & the guarantee. Very unprofessional, find another plumber.

We had purchased a new home in joliet and two months later we had a sewer back up in our finished basement.
After having the ""router guys "" come out and snake the pipe all the way to street we had a back up two days later .

This time we called plumber Joe and after a inspection we realized we needed to replace the drain pipe all the way to the street as it was pitched the wrong way .
Joe gave us a estimate and they started work .
What was supposed to be a day job turned into three as the water line in was on top of the line out . So basically twice the work it should have been and twice as hard .

Fearing a rather large price jump from our original quote I was shocked when Joe knowing we had just purchased the house offered a slight increase and offered to take payments so we wouldn't struggle.
While I didn't take up the offer I will never forget it .
You don't get many contractors who have a nice polite crew who clean up every night after themselves and you never get a honest one who cares about people .
We were so happy we used him again on a house we were selling and same result . Perfection
