Bobby and Co were super helpful! When dealing with a plumbing issue at our place over the holidays, they showed up bright and early every morning until it was fixed (it was pouring rain btw). He really empathized with us for going through not being able to use most of our bathrooms/ laundry the first week of moving in, and really wanted to resolve the issue asap. He accomplished that, and we will now be going to him for all our plumbing needs in the future

We had a horrible problem at my apartment - the sewer main was clogged so all the sewer in the building was coming out in my apartment - the lowest part of the building. It was a Friday evening so finding someone to come clear the sewer line was difficult. Someone we could trust. I found Bob online and even though he had a busy schedule, he assured me he would get to us ASAP. He arrived within the hour. Our building is very old and sadly, he could not clear the sewer line. I was afraid I was going to have to pay the full fee but Bob told me he was not going to charge me for the service since he could not fix it. WOW... talk about customer service and integrity... he has both. I tipped him as his truck probably took a ton of gas just to show up.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... you can't go wrong with him and he worked on the problem for over an hour. We got it fixed the next day but am glad we had him to show us what was wrong. Made fixing it a bit easier.

BBC Rooter came and got a snake stuck in my fiberglass enclosed shower bathtub in Oct. 2021, on a slab foundation. $4,000 later of charges that had no detail included and I did not understand, I was left with wall damage, a still slow drain, and a bathroom remodel that ended up being $12,000. When my homeowners ins. would not cover, I wanted them to cover the plumbing issues on their bond since they caused the problem but they would not refund any money to me. I am very disappointed in this service, do not trust them and will not use them again.

Bob Behzadi was highly referred by my home inspector when I bought a new house and needed major plumbing work. Bob is so good, and does so many big jobs for the city he doesn't need Yelp! Let me assure you he was correct! DON'T be alarmed by the few Yelp reviews. Bob is a true professional, beyond knowledgeable, will give you the best advice with no BS just to take your money, and most of all he's the friendliest guy. We used BBC rooter for a large plumbing job for home. We had our mainline replaced to the street and a blown in liner under the house. Their price was very fair and they were very professional. They cleaned up after their day's work of digging, they kept the job site safe, and they had all of the equipment they needed. We got their name from the city list of approved sewer plumbers. We recently contracted BBC Rooter & Plumbing to solve our mainline sewer problems. Due to cracks and breaks in the clay sewer pipe going from our house to the city drainage pipe, we had roots growing in our pipe and obstructing the flow. Frequent rooting out of the sewer line was getting costly, so we decided to have the pipe fixed. Bobby from BBC came out with his camera and was able to show me all of the problems that needed to be fixed in our line. With his expert guidance and advice, we decided to go with the pipe relining procedure. He and his crew did a terrific job. They were very professional, got the job done quickly, and then put our brickwork and landscape back together again as it was before they started. Any type of sewer line repairs can be costly, so if you are willing to spend the money, be sure to hire the best professionals that you can find.
