I worked with the plumber's assistant named Carlos. After I paid him half upfront for materials I didn't hear back for 2 days and worried he had run off with my money. He did indeed come back and do the job. However, he didn't connect one of the lines, assuming I wouldn't notice. And I didn't notice it until a few months later, once he had changed his phone number. I wouldn't work with these guys. Super sketchy.

I had a horrific experience with this plumbing service. The owner showed me his master plumbing license and seamed to know what he was doing, but I was very wrong. They told me the job would take a day. It took 4 days plus hiring another plumber to fix things that he did wrong. To start off, he was supposed to cut the slab with a saw to install pipes. He jackhammered the floor instead and made a huge mess with the dirt and debris.. He poured concrete to bring the slab to grade, but did a horrible job making it level and smooth. I wanted a modern looking bathroom with a concrete floor, but had to have tile put down to cover up the sloppy concrete job. The toilet was not level. He actually installed my shower upside down! I bought a complete shower kit and all he had to do was install it after reading the instructions. He had to buy another set of shower walls to reinstall. The shower was also not level. The plumbing hardware for the washer had the hot and cold backwards. I had problems with the water tank as well. I choose to hire another plumber to fix the work instead of dealing with this nightmare again.
