Like most other customers this plumber was sent out by Home Warranty. Also like most others, the plumber didn't arrive during the three hour time window nor did they call as a courtesy and the customer service received was lacking to say the least. So sad to see that these types of things are hard to find.

Well, if you have read the reviews you can see this is not a company that you should even consider. I was assigned to use them from Fidelity Home Warranty (whom told me that the owner is not concerned about the reviews or quality of the service they send out when I called to cancel the service, so DONT buy Fidelity Home Warranty either) Anyway, I missed the phone call this morning and immediately began trying to return the call to schedule. I called many times and it would only ring twice and then give me a busy signal. After probably 7 or8 attempts I finally had someone answer and I explained to her what had been happening when I tried to call and she said yea she had been trying to answer and no one was there but she didn't really seem concerned that her business phone was not working properly. She then asked me for my address and asked if I could hold. I waited nearly 6 minutes on hold and while waiting began reading the reviews. Needless to say I am not a stupid person, so I hung up and called Fidelity Home Warranty and cancelled the service with this people. Since nearly all the 1 star reviews are also from Fidelity Home Warranty people, I want no part of the frustration that I know will come from using them. Shame on Fidelity National Home Warranty for still using this company. They show how little they care about their customers.

I, too, was referred to this company by my home warranty. They came in to fix a minor issue and made it much much worse. Now I cannot get in touch with anyone at the company to assist in resolving the issue. At this point, I have sludge and raw sewage coming out of my clean-out into my backyard and I cannot get them to call me back. I cannot use any water in my house and they lack any sense of urgency.

I wish I had read these reviews prior to accepting the contract for their work through Fidelity.

This company was referred by my home Warranty. So they were scheduled to come out at 4pm no one never showed, so the next day plumber came and installed the water heater. Next day I smelled gas called and scheduled another appointment. Guys showed up never rang the door bell just knocked on the door. They corrected the leak of gas but failed to relight the pilot and didn't say anything figured something was wrong while I was washing dishes and the water never got hot. Secretary states that she would mail permits to use to have schedule the inspections.

I also was referred to this company by Fidelity Home Warranty....don't they read YELP!!! Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. Their customer service person had the nerve to hang up on me when I questioned her about my repair. I had to make numerous calls to find out what the status was. This was considered a rush repair and I am still waiting 5 days later. They will not step foot in my house again. Needless to say I'm not even sure Joe even really diagnosed the problem correctly. I would advise anyone not to use the service no matter what!!! HORRIBLE

First off, customer service is non-existent. I only used this contractor since they were sent out by my home warranty. Never again! I'd rather pay top dollar to be spoken to with the slightest bit of respect. Not just as a customer, but as a human. Highly disrespectful and doesn't care about referrals for repeat customers since they have the contract with the warranty companies.

To sum it up? RUN!

Wow. What happened to customer service? I guess some businesses don't care to be nice to people especially when the customer didn't do anything wrong other than wait all day for someone to show up to do a job. After given a 1-4 window on a Friday afternoon no one bothered to call to let us know that anyone was coming to fix our sink. It was 5 and not a call or anything. This is when we called for the second time to figure out what the heck was going on! Wow! After this second call we got Major attitude from both people who spoke to us at two different times over the phone when we called to figure out what was going on. Really it was our fault that no one bothered to come? And your going to give the customer attitude? What kind of Business are you all running? After reading the reviews of others, looks like we need to start some support group. This is by the far the worse customer service we have ever experienced! Fidelity Warranty please partner yourselves with some better more professional people or your warranty subscribers are going to decide to just bite the bullet and go with people who will actually do the work and say and do what they are supposed to.

There is not a low enough star rating for them. Very unprofessional. Broke a P trap under my sink tryin to use an improper method to snake a drain in the kitchen and tried to blame it on us and still didn't resolve the problem. Took them 4 days and 5 phone calls and a whole lot of arguing to even get them to come out to replace the price that they broke and now are going through a whole other company to fix the problem . Horrible . Don't use them .

I am appalled by the amount of stars this place has and yet they continue to be in business.


My first experience was not bad but annoyed they didn't finish the job.

We waited a week for approval from my warranty company and set up a follow up appt another week out. Promised no one else was scheduled at that time and I would be 1st @9-12 job.

No show, no call due to a worker out and rs me to 230-5.... and yet another no show and no call. It's 5 pm.. .. So I called again, and I had the pleasure of speaking to the same unprofessional clerk and some smo named Joe, who imo, both need some customer service training. Tried to promise me again to be the 1st one tmrw ..... yeah, I am not following for that again.

He stated, "" I am just trying to do my job."".... boy, you have to show up first to accomplish that.
