Impeccable customer service! From their receptionist/scheduler, to Robert the technician on my case I am beyond happy with the service from Plumber Boy. My home insurance plan referred me to their company, and I am pleased with their prompt response time and repairs. Highly recommend!

When we started to use Plumber boy the service was good and prices were reasonable. He probably has a day job because he could only show up between 6 and 8 pm, but I did not care. Slowly as we continued to use him, his prices went up and service got worse. Would not use him again

Plumber boy charged me double-triple what the cost should have been and they do not know what they are doing as the plumber that visited me had problems at every turn. I have experience in this stuff too and if I had the tools I would do it myself. They should be ashamed taking advantage of people.

Get 3 estimates in writing from other plumbers before you decide and don't let Plumber Boy nickle and dime you upwards. It was an extremely unpleasant experience being taken for a ride by this plumber.

Worst Customer service provided by their so called plumber (Ken). Definitely not a company I would recommend. One simple employee can make a huge difference on the appearance of the entire company.

I was assigned this company by my Home Warranty Insurance Company for a plumbing issue. I do have to admit other employees such as Jeni, who scheduled my appointment was amazing and very friendly. From that contact I felt comfortable and was looking forward to this whole experience. At the day of the appointment Ken shows up. Without even greeting he starts to ask questions. These questions could seem normal to some but the way they were presented, felt as if we were being interrogated. Most awful personality.

Once he asked what he wanted he turned around and started walking away. My partner who was behind him tried to ask a question and got our home door shut in front of his face by this Ken person. Now how rude is it to have some complete stranger shut your own door in your face. When asked why he did it, he kept walking towards his car and said, ""wait for a call from Fidelity.""

So for having this particular plumber out to my house resolved nothing. I am back to square one in not knowing what my issue was. I immediately called the companies office again and expressed my dislike on this person. Jeni picked up the line and assured me that they would make sure this didn't happen again. I do appreciate the call from Jeni and her supervisor but that doesn't change the awful experience their technician left for me.

I would give more stars but I'm going based solely on what I experienced from Ken at my home. So watch out if Ken gets assigned to go to your home, this man is just plain RUDE!

I've used Plumber Boy, specifically David Wisner, a few times in the past year or so. David is very professional and personable. He respects your time and always comes within the estimated time frame. He does a very thorough job and he's familiar with the quirks in my condo complex. I'd use him again in a heartbeat but hoping I won't need to.

Plumber Boy is the VERY BEST! I called this morning and help was on the way within 2 hours.
Denny in the office was so friendly and understanding. She actually cared that I was having plumbing issues at my house. When Raul arrived at my home, he kept me updated the entire time and was sincerely nice and concerned. I cannot say enough about what a fabulous experience I had with Plumber Boy. I would have given more than five stars if it were an option.

I used plumber boy a few months ago when my upstairs bathtub wasn't draining

I called and spoke with Denny and David came about 20 minutes later , he was very nice and professional and informative , he worked and got the drain all cleaned out and we were back in action

Today I walked into a literal nightmare , my upstairs was backing out into my downstairs bathroom , it was like gushing , I freaked out and called Plumber boy
They had a guy who was finishing up on another job come out , Daniel arrived and pretty quickly assessed what the problem
Was ( main sewer drain was clogged ) and started working, he asked me
Questions about the property and we discussed Maintenence and other options
I feel like everything was extremely professional and that Daniel , much like David was a very down to earth thorough professional , I have given their business card to a few of my friends and I take comfort knowing a have a professional plumbing service I can rely on should I have any issues in the future

Plumber Boy was very pleasant and cooperative to deal with overall. They did a good job on replacing the copper pipes in my kitchen that had pin hole leaks in them and then rerouting them. They also replaced the water pressure regulator and damaged copper piping around the regulator in the garage area. I felt so confident in them that I went ahead and had the old, corroded exposed cast iron sewage pipe in my garage replaced with a new cast iron sewer pipe. However, things went downhill from there. The old pipe got broken off near the garage floor and a good connection couldnt be made to the new sewer pipe that was installed. The floor of the garage had to be drilled open to locate pipe that was in good condition. Fortunately, the pipe directly underneath the flooring was in good condition and a good connection was made. The open hole in the garage floor (which was pretty small, was filled in with some cement. This cost $800. At the time I thought, what a coincidence. Cause this is the exact amount it would have cost me to replace the remaining sewer line underneath the house and I decided not to go ahead with it because this was already costing me a small fortune. The thing is, I didnt know until they showed up the next day that this was gonna cost me $800. Had I known, I would have looked at other options. At this point, I felt like I was really being screwed around with and taken advantage of. If I didnt go ahead with this, we couldnt use the water in the house. I think Plumber Boy was looking at me like I was an ATM machine and would pay them anything they wanted because I was in between a rock and a hard place. Well, it worked. But they are getting no more business from me. And a lousy recommendation. The entire cost I ended up getting charged was $4,000 and I felt really taken advantage of . To make matters worse, the top panel of the garage (right near where they were working the entire time) got unhinged and fell off and I had to call in a garage door repair man to fix it (more money). As a single mom, I lost my confidence in Plumber Boy, and I honestly cant recommend them after this.

Technitian Daniel was great, very knowledgeable plumber! He was very helpful and even cleaned up the mess under sink ! He did not leave until he was certain problem was solved.
