Like a lot of the other reviewers, we got set up with Plumber Boy by our home warranty company. We hate our home warranty company (fuck you, Fidelity), but they did a good thing by sending Plumber Boy our way.

We had a rattly garbage disposal for months before finally working up the initiative to put in a work order. If I'd known how easy it was (aside from Fidelity holding us up), I would've dealt with it much earlier. We made an appointment with Plumber Boy, and Michael and David showed up and spent a total of ten minutes fixing our problems.

They were really polite and professional, and they made quick work of our disposal, extracting all the evils that had built up and contributed to that weird rattle (there was a screw in there, among other things, I have no idea what from). We'd noticed another one of our sinks was draining a little slowly and I asked if they'd also be able to look at that while they were here. They said because of the home warranty connection, they could only do what was specified in the work order, but ah, what the hey, they looked anyway and totally just unclogged that sink in minutes, gratis. I tipped for that, but have no idea what they would've charged. It was really nice of them to take care of it, and I'm glad all our sinks are working again.

We're not planning to renew our home warranty when it runs out in a couple of months, but I'm glad to have Plumber Boy for future plumbing mishaps. I think we'll get along fine without the middleman.

I moved into a new house and had a main line plumbing back up almost immediately. First, the home warranty company sent a plumber from another company and he couldn't get it cleared. So, the warranty company sent in the big guns - Plumber Boy. They were fast, courteous, professional and efficient. Plumber Boy got the job done, and showed me on a camera that it was cleared. Then, I hired them to do some additional work - put in a clean-out to make this easier in the future - and they did that promptly and professionally. It was a great experience with Plumber Boy from start to finish. Highly recommended!

I very rarely yelp, but I had to post a note of recognition to Garcia! Just had an awesome experience with D.Garcia - Not only was he knowledgeable, but extremely professional. My appointment time was set between 2-4 today, he called at 12:59pm to let me know that he will be in my area to service my plumbing issues. Super early! So grateful! He had a great attitude and cheerful disposition! I was even more impressed (without me asking) that he ran back out to his vehicle and grabbed ""booties"" to place over his shoes to protect my floor! Thank you so much for your professionalism and for doing an awesome and quick job replacing our garbage disposal!! I highly recommend this company! Thanks, Garcia and Plumber Boy!

David was great. He was on time, got straight to work and fixed our problem. Felt reassured as he was referred by the gas company and he did not let them down. Felt very comfortable and not sketchy like some people if u know what I mean. Just focused at the job on hand and nothing else. Would refer him to anyone.

The problem is that I have a to pay a non refundable payment for them to come out and give me an estimate. Why should I have to pay them for an estimate? There's no reason for them to offer any competitive prices them becuase they know I wont get my deposit back, so I'm stuck. This is the business model they use when customers are cuaght in an emergency situation and have little choices. Not happy about that.

This is the second time we have had Dave help us with our plumbing needs and we could not be happier with his work. The first time Plumber Boy was sent by our home warranty company to find a leak that presented on the outside of the house. Dave was able to quickly ascertain that the leak originated in a improperly repaired PVC pipe that the previous owner had pierced with a screw through drywall in our garage. He replaced the damaged pipe section and removed that portion of the drywall that had extensive mold. The mold did not keep him from performing his work. The next time we had a leak in our ceiling kitchen we again called Plumber Boy (without awaiting home warranty approval) and, fortunately for us, Dave came again. He not only came exactly on time, but he would have come even sooner but he couldn't reach me on my cell phone to ask permission. Because it was during the recent storms we weren't sure whether the leak was inside or from the outside. But Dave immediately determined it was from a pin hole leak in a copper pipe above our recently installed cabinets. Rather than just take the easy route and rip out our cabinets he carefully removed just enough drywall to get up to the pipe and replace the damaged portion. He and his helper were very courteous and put on shoe covers before they came into our house. They created minimal dust and debris from their work and cleaned up completely afterwards. And the price for this service was very reasonable. We understand that some people may have a different opinion, but our opinion is that we have had great service from Dave and Plumber Boy and would definitely use them again (with or without home warranty), while seeking to have Dave be the pro to respond.

Dave is the nicest, most professional and best plumber we have EVER had! My son has special needs (and often I get worried with contractors in my home) and they really went above and beyond to make sure all was done perfect and super clean.
He and his team become friends and I am so grateful for their hard work and dedication to fix our issue! I highly, highly recommend Dave and Plumber Boy! Best in the business and we will forever be thankful!!

These are very nice people and they do extremely good work. My home warranty company sent them out when one toilet clogged and the other wouldn't stop running. The clog was fixed right away, and a new toilet was in order for the other. I highly recommend this company.

My home warranty company set me up with Plumber Boys. Robert was fantastic, extremely professional and super nice. They got my two sinks unclogged and fixed the levers on my faucet.

I see there have been mixed reviews, my experience was perfect. If I had a non warranty issue I wouldn't hesitate using them.

Just had the best experience with a plumbing company! I used Plumber Boy today for a sewer line main stoppage with no clean-out access and it was a big, long job. David is unbelievably patient; I asked all sorts of questions about the current situation: the possible options, how those options are different, what the outcome of each would look like, etc. etc. I could have asked twice as many questions as I did and I truly believe he would have still taken the time to answer each one in the same clear and detailed way. I'm sure there are many other plumbers who would feel it is a waste of time and unnecessary to explain so much to someone who should just want the job done, but David never made me feel like I was asking for more information than I need to know. As someone who doesn't know anything about most plumbing issues or solutions, this is very important and definitely makes me feel more comfortable about paying for any kind of service. David and Rafael worked hard all day long, and still managed to finish the job the same day, as promised. I'm impressed by how friendly and professional they are, and in stressful situations, you really appreciate their positive attitudes. So thankful Plumber Boy was able to help and that for my first experience with this type of issue, I had a plumber that took the time to make sure I understood every detail of what was going on and what they were doing. Great job!
