Worst company ever!!! Plumber came to look at my leaking pipes, took pics and said he would be back another day to change the pipes. Appointment got cancelled and rescheduled by the company. When the plumber came to fix my pipe the following week, he bought the wrong pipes and said he would be back the next day again with the right one. Called company to find out the ETA, and they said the pipe fix wasn't covered by my home warranty and I would have to pay $650 out of pocket!!!! Called back my home warranty, and they said it was completely covered! This company is a crook! Will not deal with them again! Bad and shady service.

David is the best! Check out his fine work on installing a new tankless water heater. No more cold showers! David hooked this up a day after his visit. Prompt and fast response/quick turnaround - highly recommend and appreciated.

My water heated busted. It took 5 hours to take out the water heater only to learn they could not replace the water heater due to the size of the old one. Now why they didn't figure that out at initial assessment the week before is beyond me. After a day we decided to go tankless. It took a week of follow up and messages to confirm installation date.When they came For the reinstallation they were there from 10am to 9pm. They left a nail sticking through the wall and a collapsed closet....but I do now have a water heater that works.

We recently had some work completed by David Garcia a tech at Plumber Boy. He was very professional and honest, which was a God send based on past experience we have had with other plumbers/plumbing companies trying to upsell (aka rip you off) you because you are at their mercy. Well, David was really professional and fixed our valve problem in the shower. Currently, he is working on a hot water pressure problem that turned out to be a need to replace a piece of the hot water copper pipe. He went under the house and took a video of the problem to show me that there was a problem, again which is very honest of him. I recommend this tech and company they seem to know their stuff and are very reasonable. David was also very responsive and explained everything to me so that I could understand. Use this company and ask for David he's the best plus he'll fit under your house in the crawl space : ).

Outstanding service at an affordable price. After going thru four different companies who couldn't find or fix the issue, we found the best outfit in South Bay.

Dave and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly dependable! They kept us appraised of our situation with great customer service and took made a major repair affordable finishing the project ahead of schedule and under budget.

Don't waste your time with anyone but the best. I highly recommend them and know who to call for our planned remodel project!

Alex was sent to do work on a leak. He found the issue quickly and showed me the leaking drain pipe. He also went above and beyond to make sure that the leak was fixed correctly (even though it took longer than he initially thought). Alex was extremely professional, respectful, and treated me and my home with the utmost respect. I am extremely thankful and happy with his work. Highly recommend Alex. Thanks Alex!

I had a plumbing emergency on 9/13 and the home warranty company sent Plumber Boy to do the work. The person that came was not knowledgeable and very unprofessional. He made up diagnoses for what he didn't know. I found he was incorrect with two of his diagnoses thankfully, otherwise I'd be out $200 for one of the issues he proposed we had, and who knows how much to completely replace our new toilet.
He broke our drain cover to snake out the drain in the shower, which he was unsuccessful at doing and said he'd be back to complete work and never came back.
On top of all of that he also had his butt crack hanging out the entire time. Pretty gross for anyone to see but a 20-something should have learned from his forefather's butt crack stereotype and tied a belt on or at least wore underwear.
I definitely would not want them working on my home again.

My home warranty referred me to plumber boy. It took a little less than a week for them to look at my water heater. Then another five days for them to come and replace it. When they were finished replacing the water heater I was told in a roundabout way that the hot water may not work. I'm currently sitting in my house a day later with hot water that does not work.

Not because I have not paid my water and power bill or gas bill but because plumber boy will have to come back out to fix the problem.

I will not be using this company again.

These guys were assigned to us via a warranty. They somehow told us they don't cover what is wrong with our plumbing over the phone without even knowing what the issue is. Worst waste of time ever.

So we have a bad smell coming from the dishwasher (8 months old Samsung) and now Abbas smell is coming from our shower drain and stinking up the bathroom.

We've tried everything:
* drano
* white vinegar & baking soda
* drain snake
* Bleach

So of course I googled it and YouTube'd it and found a possible culprit. Our drain vent could be clogged with debris (vent usually comes out of your pipes to vent sewage smell on your roof). In the video a plumber cleared the blockage and problem was solved.

Kevin at Plumber Boy stated they don't cover smells. There is a problem with the pipes (a clog that is causing the smell) so you do cover clogged pipes right? You're a plumber right?

He insisted they do not cover or help with smells so again I had to explain it was possibly a clogged drain vent pipe. I'm no plumber that's your job sir but you need to come fix this and thanks.

Nope. Kevin said, ""Can't come out, not covered."" I insisted and Kevin answered, ""we'll send someone out late in the day but it won't be to fix the issue just to assess and we probably won't cover the issue as it's not a plumbing issue."" Seriously?

I've never met a plumber that turned away business, this is a first and also the last time I ever call these guys for help.
