I just want to say Thank you to Bob for giving me a referral to another plumber since he was out of town on New Year's Day. I truly appreciated since it was at my Parents home and they are elderly and it was something that couldn't wait.

Our main waterline burst. Home owners' insurance didn't cover that and the city came out and politely told me it was my problem. Ran a garden hose connecting to my neighbor's house so had water until main line was fixed.

I called four plumbers, one of them 3 times, and left messages. Called Bob the plumber who answered the phone and came out the following day. He saw the problem, came up with a re-routing solution that would avoid the cutting up of cement and bricks in our hard scape.

Bob gave us a fair bid, arrived to start the work when he promised, did the work correctly and cleanly and double checked all lines when through. Bob's professional work and attention to our needs made the project seamless and unobstructive. His courtesies, promptness and excellent work are worth sharing and the reason for my review.
