Tony R.WARNING...DISHONEST...BAIT and SWITCH
Got their ad from Craigslist and spoke with Jason from Plumber 911 on the phone and agreed to the Craigslist Deal of $99 which included a sewer CLEAN and CAMERA SCOPE of the sewer line. He arrived and i took him downstairs to show him the access pipe at which time he asked if this service was to be done under the Craigslist ad, which i said yes and asked why? He said because it only includes the camera if it is from on outside clean/out or tap and that if i wanted the camera scope it would be an additional $50. I know what they said and what they promised otherwise i would NOT have had them out to the house.
